  1. I may be in over my head on a 1.0 that needs stripping. Any helpful hints, or is it the same as everything else?
  2. I keep one at home, and one in the office. http://m.ebay.com/itm/Accuteck-S-50lbx0-2oz-All-In-One-Digital-Shipping-Postal-Scale-W-AC-Postage-/221009168217?nav=SEARCH Regarding the New Jersey Angels, it did not fool my 8 year old. But I'd but one of those jerseys for a goof. The one Henrique is wearing is up to $1200 on NHL Auctions.

He should not have certified it as game used without the things you said. Certifying the signature based on exemplars is how a handwriting expert does it. But he also fails to express any qualifications that would qualify him as such an expert. In other words, the buyer gets a questionable jersey and two pieces of toilet paper.

    eBay version 4.0

See my post in the other thread re: buying a postal scale and avoiding the post office.
  5. Being behind people like that is why I ship from home! Seriously, all of you who constantly buy and sell, invest $15 in a digital postal scale, print your postage right from eBay (or Paypal via USPS.com for non eBay items), and give 'em to the mailman. Or, just prepay the shipping and just drop them off, in a mailbox if they fit or at the post office. It's 2016, I see no compelling reason to actually go to a post office!!
  6. All's well that ends well then. Glad to hear they got to the right place.
  7. In fairness, we were probably old before that happened. "Back in my day, authentic jerseys were available in every store, and they didn't cost $350!!!"
  8. He doesn't work in a car plant...this is just a picture of him disassembling a car to fill it with jerseys that he will then smuggle across the border.
  9. This could be, especially if postage was done off eBay. When you bill out through eBay, the tracking is added automatically so there can be no error. He said it was done at the UPS Store, so hopefully he just got his numbers confused.
  10. Recovered this one that I previously sold:
  11. All of that is pretty compelling evidence. Good news for you!
  12. Just in case it wasn't a board member and you do run into an issue, document everything in case you need to prove it to eBay to get your money back. Copies of both auctions, both tracking numbers, pictures of the item and packaging, etc. If you don't do it right and the seller is dishonest, he can show that SOMETHING was delivered and just lie about what it was. Hopefully he's honest and an eBay claim is not necessary.
  13. That is pretty cool. Out of curiosity, how did they confirm it was a first set? If that's true, I see almost no way it wasn't the 1st goal jersey. They may not be willing to certify that, but if you collect stuff like the box score of the game and keep it with your paperwork, its pretty compelling.
  14. With pictures that good, you could send it to either one and they'll get it done.
  15. Should it have seemed odd that I posted feedback before I got the jersey, I knew it was going to be without issue. It arrived today and it was as I anticipated. Thanks again!!
  16. Been using him for my team and flag patches, they're accurate. I think you did well.
  17. I'd e-mail them both, with pictures, and ask if they have the necessary fonts/materials. I would almost guarantee EPS has it. I think Josh at EPS would know what materials are needed and whether they have them. I am not sure if Keener has that level of knowledge, but only because I've never needed to ask them a question like that. I personally ask EPS every time I have something unusual, and they always tell me they can do it. Only clunker I ever got was a Whalers jersey with one layer too thin. So other than a Whalers, I basically send them everything.
  18. I'm actually liking the first one you posted better than the second. But my eye for details is not as good as yours typically is.
