  1. For a San Jose Sharks 1990s CCM authentic (white) - Wilson or Marleau?
  2. I heard it was redacted from the Mueller report and Congress is fighting over it as we speak.... 🙃
  3. Well, I contacted Keener. They were really nice, and offered to pay for my shipping to send it back for them to remove the A. But it turned out the adhesive on the patch was never activated, and I was able to take it off cleanly by myself with a seam ripper. I had thought of leaving it, rather than risk damaging the jersey, but my eyes kept being drawn to it, and I guess anal retentiveness won out. 😌
  4. Yeah, unfortunately though it looks like the "A" is stitched all the way through. They went the extra mile, but not in the right direction here.
  5. Hey, thanks for checking in. To be clear, I don't blame anyone. A number of people here recommended Keener and I can see why. They did really good work and clearly meant well, but maybe tried a little too hard. More than anything I'm surprised, and a little annoyed at the thought of dealing with it. I'll call them during the week and see what they tell me. Hi. I just got back my 2014 Rangers and 1989 Flames jerseys from Keener. They look great, except that they added an alternate captain "A" to my 1989 Nieuwendyk. I didn't ask for it, and as far as I can tell, Nieuwendyk wasn't an alternate captain. Planning to call them on Monday and ask about it. Does anyone know something I don't know? Hey, thanks for checking in. To be clear, I don't blame anyone. 7. Hi. I just got my 2014 Rangers (Kreider) and 1989 Flames with Stanley Cup patch (Nieuwendyk) back from Keener. They did a great job, except that they added an alternate captain's "A" to my 1989 Nieuwendyk. I didn't ask for it, and as far as I can tell he wasn't an alternate captain. Before I call them to ask about it, does anyone know something I don't?
  8. Appreciate the feedback. I just sent an inquiry to Keener. I also reached out to Great Plains Cresting earlier. They can do the Flames for $100 and add my SC patch for $10 more. Haven't asked them about the Rangers but it sounds like price would be the same. I'd rather not have to ship to/from Canada from here, but if I'm considering shipping to Keener in Winnipeg I might as well consider shipping to Calgary. Looking forward to Keener price quote.
  9. Thanks for the response. Thinking about using EPS because either way I have to ship them both (don't live anywhere near Arena Wear). Has anyone had a bad experience having EPS customize a Rangers Edge 2.0 or a vintage Flames jersey?
  10. Hi. I have 2 jerseys I want to customize, a Rangers Edge 2.0 and a Calgary Flames CCM 80s/90s authentic. Can anyone suggest a single customizer that might be able to do both?
  11. Personally, I feel the same way about Avery, but I know he still has some fans out there.
  12. That's an interesting time for the Rangers. There's Jagr and Shanahan, with 1200+ career goals between them. There's also Callahan (#43) and Dubinsky (54) as rookies, and Colton Orr, Darius Kasparatis and Sean Avery if you like the tough guys. And of course there's the immortal Petr Prucha.
  13. I actually like it. It's not very creative, but it's hard to mess it up with the Rangers colors.
  14. After seeing what the logo and hats look like, I'm afraid to know.
  15. Good call. I totally see that.
  16. You're welcome. Last I heard they had about a 4-week backlog. I would follow up early on just to make sure they received it and don't have any questions.
  17. They've moved to 300 Waverly Ave., Mamaroneck, NY 10543. I reached them at 914-630-2091. Send an email to Arenawear@optonline.net telling them what you want and then send them the jersey(s) with a copy of the e-mail.
  18. Wow. Glad I got it done while I could. So, is there anyone else who still does 90s Rangers?
  19. Good to know. I called Arena Wear today and will be sending it to them. It costs a little more and will probably take longer because they're backed up right now, but it sounds like the finished product will be worth it.
  20. Don't know. I used Cosby's a couple of years ago to customize a CCM 1990s ultrafil.
  21. I'm looking at both convenience and cost. On the one hand, I can stop by Cosby's on my way to work, but on the other, EPS seems to have lower prices (http://exclusivepro.com/product/86/new_york_rangers_team_color_jersey). I'm not familiar with Arena Wear (is that who does the game jerseys?), and since they are in Westchester I would be dealing with them by mail. Unless I'm missing someone, I'm basically asking about Cosby versus EPS to customize a Rangers Edge 2.0.
  22. I'm in New Jersey, and commute into NYC. Is there a particular reason that for Rangers customization, Cosby's is only recommended for 1950s-1990s, and not for more recent styles (like the Edge 2.0's)? Is there anyone else local? I'm thinking of using Exclusive Pro Sports, which I see is recommended for a lot of other teams, but not for Rangers.
