  1. Shout out to thebiggoalie for a very easy transaction! Pleasure to do business with and happy to add a beautiful NYR jersey to my collection. Certainly one of the many great people on this board!
  2. Interested if you have learned anything more about this Dr_Puck. I've been looking into a NY Riveters Jersey as a gift but NWHL jerseys seem difficult to come by at all at least recently.

From a sellers prospective it's always nice to get a higher price but it still is an unfortunate situation for potential buyers. Even something simple the courtesy of messaging the current high bidder and allowing them an opportunity to match or beat the higher offer price. That is always a possibility too but easier to stomach from a buyers prospective if it's an item you might have been watching but had no bids. At the end of the day chalk to up to a learning experience for me, not like I'm out any $$ just a little frustration and a mental note for the future when selling things not to be that person.

Makes sense but kind of frustrating too considering it had multiple bids. Thanks!

An eBay first at least for me ... there was a jersey on eBay for which I had bid once, 3-4 bids total between a couple different people, and then was keeping an eye for which the bids where all cancelled and the listing was ended yesterday with just over 1 day left in the auction. Needless to say I was surprised given the fact that there were multiple bids I was the high bidder at that time. I've done a fair amount of transactions on eBay, 50+ with 100% positive, primarily as a buyer but a little bit as a seller too and I've never experienced such a thing before. Anyone else every have this happen to them before ?

Does sounds like a very unusual situation no doubt. Only little shipping note from past personal experience... While tracking is great and works correctly 95+% of the time its not completely fool proof either. Just because the tracking hasn't updated doesn't necessarily mean it is not on the way to you. Just a few weeks ago I had ordered something from BH Photo in NYC and it was being shipped to me in NJ. It should have been a 1 or 2 day process max. After being initially scanned into the system upon pickup from the BH warehouse it didn't update at all for 3 or 4 days and then when it finally did it was somewhere in the mid west, Wisconsin I think. Long story short it ended up taking 8 business days to get to me. Somehow either by human error or an automated mistake it got miss sorted as going west bound and didn't get scanned again until it was in Wisconsin 3 or 4 days later. Although everything with tracking should get scanned at each stop etc it just doesn't always happen. This was UPS delivering this package too which at least in my opinion is usually better in terms of accurate tracking than the postal service is. Hope it all works out for you!
  8. Looks like a very interesting mini series wish it was available online for those of us without TSN

For pictures you are better off using a hosting site such as Imgur and then linking them in your post.
  10. Great haul on the Crunch jerseys ... I especially like the Orange SYR ones. Did you buy all the store had ? I went to school a Syracuse University and quite a few Crunch games always a good time. Would be a fun jersey to add to the collection especially at that price.
  11. You are correct the white and blue crown jerseys had white and blue numbers. But it was done up the way I asked EPS to. I asked to have it lettered 2006 style since I put #35 on it (2006 was only Olympics Lundqvist only wore 35) and in 2006 they wore only blue numbers. Was going to be a trade off somewhere... either lettering didn't perfectly match jersey or he didn't wear that number in that jersey.
  12. Here you go ... Apologizes for the shadow and lighting ... Not the best picture but not home to retake it at the moment.
