Well... that is chain stitched... by a 12 year old girl in Indonesia. Its clearly not a Canadian on ice spec. Its pretty easy to see the quality difference in the two. I hope real ones look better.
-
I hate how the nameplate material is going in the perpendicular direction of the back material.
-
I sent 2. I sent one on day 1 and a second on the last day. I just got payment info for the second, but it was all current spec stuff. Still nothing on the first order.
-
Nor will I... The LAK ones look great.
-
Well... thats frustrating... my 2 are at EPS with LAK patches. $50 plus the hassle of contacting EPS and swapping, on a jersey I'll never sale. Can we delete that link and act like it never happened?

What's his turn around time?

I'm glad some of you all didnt get yours in... that means my 10 are infront of all of you... Win! I imagine 50+% of their work comes from this forum. I wonder how many jerseys that would be?

During the Chi @ Nash game Saturday they announced that the new design Addidas jerseys would be unveiled at the next Golden Moments game. I dont know when that is, due to my hatred of Nashville and their ticketing policies/ fans, but it seems close.

That's good to know. Thanks for the update. -
They said they dont have edge nameplates? Thats hard to believe. I think they just dont want to redo your jersey.

First Time EPS Questions

Seems the EPS spring sale is weeks away per Face Book. They stated the groundhog says spring is 6 weeks away, and as such, it won't be spring for weeks. -
First Time EPS Questions
catofadiferntskn replied to Forged in Steel's topic in 'How To' Guides & Jersey Basics
So I somewhere in the neighborhood of 5 to 6 jerseys to send. 5 are current very easy requests. The last is a very old jersey they asked me to send the stripped numbers off of so they could try to match. They will also be matching old white ultrafil for a nameplate. I imagine this one will take longer. Any thoughts on sending it seperate so it doesnt slow down the other 5? -
I talked to Josh early this week as well, and he said he could so either, that perforation wasnt an issue, name plate material wasnt an issue, and that even the C/A on white US jerseys wasnt an issse. I guess we'll see. He was very confident.

Oh I agree its not real, but the shoulder patches are definitely chain stitched and look pretty good, probably better than most Indo edges you see.

Rarely do I ever have to look at a Hawks jersey more than a second to tell if its fake. This one is/was difficult. I dont think Ive ever seen a fake jersey with chain stitching. Might be something to keep an eye out for. http://www.ebay.com/itm/201812013608

How To STRIP A JERSEY 101
catofadiferntskn replied to slimcutta's topic in 'How To' Guides & Jersey Basics
I recently stripped a white ultrafil, from what I imagine was a gamer from the mid 90s. It was white with red lettering. The jersey is a dingy as it was pretty hammered. Ive stripped and used what seemed like a few gallons if acetone and steamed out the stitch marks etc. From 2 feet it looks perfect. However from a foot or so in you can still see the lightest outline from where the stitches were, still ever so faintly pink. I imagine its mostly from the rest of the jersey yellowing and the numbers being there for 20+ years. It will be renumbered, I'm just torn between one more session of acetone. What is the final expectation on a white ultrafil after 20 years, is getting it perfectly removed unobtainable? Thanks! -
I was the same. I finally found a 56 in the blue USA and settled for it, since no white ones above a 52/54 had been available anywhere. I was happy as i know its the easier jersey to get correct. Now that i have a white one on the way, I'll be forever bummed that i cant get the correct A patch for it. Im willing to listen to all suggestions though.

He does have blue ones. They arent posted yet. He told me yestersay while talking about the white ones.

Since you guys appear to have some knowledge of authenic baseball jerseys, how is the sizing on those? In edge 2.0s I'm a 56, in 6100's I'm a 52. Where would you start size wise on an authenic baseball jersey? Thanks!
