  1. Having said that... I wonder what a 46 would look like if one where to strip the front crest off and have the regular sized crest put on.
  2. I have had both a 46 and 50 in the Oilers jerseys and that's where the cresting/numbering/name bar gets shrunk. I found the 50 to be uncomfortably big, so I bought blank 46's and had them customized using the normal sized name bar + numbering. Looks great and TBO the only time the logo looks off is when it is hanging up or laid out. A friend wears a 56 and the proportions look the same when worn to a game. I've never had someone come up to me and say "hey your logo looks small".
  3. They are very nice! You have to be careful with the customizer you use for them. Some are using a screened perforation.
  4. Not as fancy as most on here but my Away Indo-Adizero came back from the customizer! I might be a bit biased but the Oilers really did a great job with their new away jerseys.
  5. Not a flyers fan but that jersey is amazing!
  6. TBO I only like the perforated numbers on the Oilers and Stars jerseys.
  7. The collar is something Don Cherry would be proud of... I can't find the link anymore but there was an impressive one on our local buy/sell forum. It was pretty close visually, except it was using last years orange and blue.
  8. Is it just me or are some of the Adidas fakes getting worse? https://www.ebay.ca/itm/Connor-McDavid-Edmonton-Oilers-Jersey-For-Sale-Size-Mens-XL/282764118234?hash=item41d60e08da:g:-vgAAOSw63FaFfub
  9. Is the stitching actually all the way through the numbers? Or is there different stitching? When I saw one of these in person I didn't check the back side but it looked to me like the numbers were pre-stitched that way and then just stitched onto the jersey. It really wouldn't take a machine long to do that pattern.
  10. To be honest find a local retailer that carries them just to try them on.
  11. I still find no issue wearing what I wear to games, thin hoodie and thin jacket under my 46. Mind you I have a very minimal walk outside eventually that walk will be entirely indoors. It just seems ridiculous to have such a huge gap between the 46 to 50. Having tried the 50 I couldn't even imagine how I would feel in a 52.
  12. It's primarily the arm length that bothers me the most with the 50. The "cuff" sits almost at the bottom of my nuckles which is just odd. I have both Small and Medium reebok Premier's that are fine in length. I really wish they would have came out with a 48.
  13. What is everyone's thoughts on the true sizing of these jerseys? I am 5'10 around 170lbs and originally purchased a 46 (not knowing it had the smaller logo) as I wore primarily a size Small in Reebok. I then had some resentment after figuring out that it had the smaller logo, even if it makes the jersey more piratical to wear (IE the crest sits nice when I am sitting). Having a seed of doubt in my mind over the past few months I decided that I would try a size 50 to see how it goes, IF it is a good fit I would buy one and try to offload my 46. Instead of buying a size 50 I actually managed to get a size 50 new with tags in a trade, but to me the jersey feels absolutely massive. Especially in the sleeves (length and width). Yet a lot of what I can find suggests "going a size up" in the jerseys.
  14. Also I have yet to see them try to fake the removable Adidas locker room sticker.
  15. Agree'd but look at them... they actually look less out of place then the Fanatic Breakaway's... =)
