  1. It arrived today v. 8.0

I got my Reebok Authentic off eBay for $100 brand new on yesterday’s sale.

Wicked man. I have one coming as well, but it won’t be ready before the end of the year. I have (2) games left for this season, so I’ll be wearing it next season. Did you get it from that UND website?
  3. eBay version 4.0

Which UND jersey did you get? The Reebok, the CCM, or one of their replicas? K1 or something like that?
  4. eBay version 4.0

My Canucks Jersey I purchased from @furiousd went from Kennewick to Spokane, then all the way down to San Francisco, just to then be shipped up to Vancouver. Maybe their rates would be a little lower if they weren’t spending by thousands of dollars per day shipping items to places they don’t need to, sending items thousands of miles in the wrong direction. It can’t be cost effective, can it?

So, after exhausting all my options, I was never able to get the bleeding to come off the jersey. As a last resort, I sent Keener an email asking if they had any advice for me besides what I had already tried. They said that they would likely have tried all the methods I had tried, and if none of them had worked, that it was not likely to be saved at that point. There is a happy ending to this story though, and one that shows what good guys they are at Keener. They offered to take my jersey in exchange for some custom work on some other jerseys I have ready for customizing, so I am sending in the MIC Penguins jersey to them, and they are going to use it for parts and namebars, and I am sending along with it 3 jerseys that they are customizing for me at no charge in exchange for the Penguins jersey. I can’t recommend Keener enough, so if you guys want customizing done, I’d definitely send stuff their way, and I know for me, they have earned a customer for life.

So, after many attempts to fix the bleeding, I still have Yellow Bleeding away from the outline of the “7”. I’ve tried an Oxi Clean Strain Remover Stick, a 50/50 mix of water and bleach, and Acetone, and nothing is taking the yellow out of the jersey. I’m OK with the outline of the numbers, but I just want to get the staining out of the jersey. Any other last minute tips before this goes into the garbage? On the bright side, the numbers on the arms came off clean....

It was. Pro knitwear is the customizer for the Penguins
  9. It arrived today v. 8.0

Because the numbers may not be identical since it was initially done by Pro Knitwear and I am having it done locally, so my guy said that if I’m going to strip it, I should do it all.....

Thanks, I’ll give that a whirl....

Would I iron on the t-shirt side, or iron on the jersey side?
  12. How To STRIP A JERSEY 101

Any had a problem like this before when stripping a jersey? A lot of yellow glue, I took the Acetone to it, and the yellow ended up spreading around as it used the Acetone on a rag to try and remove the glue. Am I going to be Screwed here or will this be salvageable?
  13. It arrived today v. 8.0

This isn’t going well. The yellow from the glue spread when I put The Acetone on, and it didn’t come out good in the wash. I’m kinda s***ting bricks here now....

The jersey was turning yellow as I used the Acetone on a rag to try and remove it, so I have now thrown it into the wash. Hopefully it comes out.

You have any luck removing the glue? Mine isn’t coming off at all.....
