So I got my first authentic today! Game issued 1.0 Edge Grant Lewis jersey, who played in a single NHL game in his career. Makes it feel cool that there probably aren't very many of these around.

I feel that, I'm not that large, but owning jerseys that are meant to be worn during game, they are just built differently and feel weird without pads.

I've seen a few jerseys with the small white size tags on the neck but no large reebok tag above it. When did they stop adding those to the authentics, pre indo edge?

I always imagine the stereotypical older widow donating a bunch of her husbands,things not knowing,their actual value. I'm really only interested in this as a devils fan, if the price stays low.

Would the only difference in the authentic vs replica be the NHL logo vs the team logos then? -

I thought the signiture said 14 too, but it was so faded, i couldn't tell. Now that you point it out, it is clearly off center. Not sure how i missed that. Maybe one day ill be okay at this.

I mean anything looks good compares to today prices.. I was just thinking how its kind of crazy that i got a replica Stars jersey for 15 bucks(without shipping). It's amazing how some jerseys devalue with age and others skyrocket.

I was wondering how much new NHL jerseys would've cost in the 90's and was hoping some of the older members of the forum could help me out. Differences in replica vs authentic would be cool to know as well.
