I think I need to be less picky, those look like some that I've found. I'm convinced based in these pictures the way the 9 has been stitched is different, doesn't look like it has a border around the actual number. Hopefully I uploaded these images correctly.

I posted this in the patch thread but I suppose this may be the place to do it. I need an away Howe (9) memorial patch and would like one in home colours as well. The reproductions I've seen just seem too far off. Any leads would be appreciated.

Does anybody have a source for an authentic Gordie Howe memorial patch? I need away but would ideally like to buy both. Our host site has reproductions and I feel they look too different from the real thing. Based on the eBay images I've seen everything listed is a repro. Why is this so hard to find?! National Althletic did sell them at some point.

So the material will be decent (like the CCM 550 vintage?) but made in Indonesia. I think this is something I can live with considering the price difference. I'd love to have some authentics but convincing the wife to let me spend money on yet another interest has been difficult enough. Thanks so much for all the input.

Red Wings I'm super new to this and was wondering as to whether or not this seemed legit. After a fair amount of research I bought an old Pro Player replica I was going to customize in a similar fashion(1997). It arrived but it fit way bigger then the old Starter I have from when I was a kid. Now I'm not sure I want to go to the trouble of doing my own customization. I like the old boxy fit of the 90's sweaters. I also wanted to get a 2014 Winter Classic jersey but the Authentics are very expensive. If the WC replicas feel like the Reebok Premier replicas I don't want anything to do with them. Can anyone speak to the quality? I was shocked when I looked at a Premier in person for myself, it felt terrible! Great forum here! I hope to at some point contribute rather than just ask questions.
