  1. Yeah I know, I'm probably going to do that soon, but I have to get myself a 94 Stanley Cup patch first. Any idea where to get that, or if I have you do my jersey would you get that for me? I might try that, but I've never used an iron before so I'd be a bit hesitant. I also don't know how to get all the ###### wrinkles out of the jersey safely. Thanks!
  2. I love how he says it's not fake because he bought it from somebody else on ebay I'm also surprised it's only 18 bucks to ship it to the US from Australia
  3. Ok, just got these in. Not sure how thrilled I am... First though, my 2000 patch If I can get the stains out of this jersey it's gonna go on here... Pro Player Replica (listing didn't say it was stained...) And next is this white Gretzky. The seller was nice enough to double bag it, but it's all wrinkled and they creased almost every number and letter. What do I do now... I'm sorry my images probably suck, but this is the first time doing this for me lol
  4. Thanks, I might buy it for a friend.

  6. I think considering how many jerseys are collectively owned by the members of this forum we could come up with a composite chart that spans pretty much anything we can imagine. Seeing as I just started collecting I can tell you right now I wear an XL T-Shirt/Button Down, a Large Premier jersey, R-48 Starter authentic, and Large CCM replica, although I don't know how to tell what model it is or whatnot, but they're 2 liberty jerseys, one with CCM on the neck and one with CCM on the hem.
  7. Wow, that's some jersey that Moosehead...
  8. I'm sure you all saw this, but if not it's an authentic white Thrashers jersey for $50 http://www.meigray.com/edealinv/servlet/ExecMacro?nurl=control/StoreItem.vm&ctl_nbr=2381&siId=5201964&catLevel=1&scLevel=0&thisCatLevel=&oldParentID=57411&catParentID=57411&scId=57411
  9. I was wondering if anybody had any reliable sizing charts that compare old CCM's to Starter to Pro Player to Reebok, premiers to Edges, replicas to authentics, etc... I can't seem to figure out if I would fit in certain older jerseys based on their sizes, cause all I really own is RBK premier's, some liberty replicas from different companies and 2 Starter authentics.
  10. Yeah whenever I shop at MSG I always look inside the jerseys to make sure I get one that's stitched instead of heat pressed. Surprisingly MSG also sells some jerseys with incorrect lettering. The Stepan jerseys they have on the rack this year have block lettering instead of italics.
  11. As much as I hate to admit it, my first e-bay transaction was a fake Mike Richter Liberty replica. I didn't know any better, and once I got it and found out I tried to get a refund but he wouldn't give it to me. I said I would start a case and he said I would lose. I started a case, lost, and actually called e-bay and they said they considered it buyers remorse. I had to argue my points and explain why the jersey didn't match the listing until the guy on the phone believed me, gave me my refund, and told me that I didn't have to send the jersey back either, since I won and it was fake merchandise. I still have it and have no idea what to do with it... EDIT: Ok so apparently I misspoke. The jersey ITSELF is not fake, but the customization is terrible. Here is the e-bay link if anybody is interested http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rt=nc&nma=true&item=110635512586&si=e2DFpKJO0%252BUQUcf8ZnajEo8Nk7o%253D&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT
  12. Do you iron the outside, or turn it inside out and go on the inside, or does it not even matter? I would double layer my t-shirt over it either way just cause I'm paranoid.
  13. That really grinds my gears! How do you flatten them back out again?
  14. 2 sizes to big for me unfortunately
  15. I have much to learn from you all. I am not worthy!
  16. I don't think its the worst idea in the world, unless you wanna fold the hem tags up to the front on blank jerseys and just photograph the hem tag upside down, cause the hem tag can be important in determining the year or range of years a jersey comes from.

  18. Bahahahaha thats classic.
  19. Oh wow if that's the case then I might be screwed on a CCM 48 I got. I have a starter 48 that fits good, but the CCM 48 might be huge on me too. I wear a Large in RBK Premier jerseys.
  20. Ok, so looking at the patches website and comparing the pictures side by side, I think this is legit. It's just a little crooked in the picture, but if you tilt your head sideways it looks exactly the same http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rt=nc&nma=true&item=110640874361&si=e2DFpKJO0%252BUQUcf8ZnajEo8Nk7o%253D&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWNX%3AIT So am I safe?
