The only way somebody isn't going to know what you paid with those auctions is if you never post the jersey you won, because the results are online for forever. If you're waiting for it to come in so you can post mail day pictures, anybody can then put two and two together and figure it out. It's silly.

As far as I was concerned Greene was a nobody when that game was played so I didn't take any direct pictures of him, but you can see him in the top left of this photo I took with my crappy camera back then, skating to the bench.

Based on what I heard when I spoke to the guy who does the Rangers, he wasn't sure how exactly it was going to be done. I'd have to imagine, given the option, he'd prefer to do his own lettering, because with the arch the Rangers use, a letter L in one place on one name will look different than the same letter in a different place on a different name, and if a player gets called up last minute there's no way he'd be able to get a jersey ready in time if he needs to wait for Adidas to send him lettering for a new player.

If you were unable to tell from the video, apparently the patch is going to be "chrome style", which I guess is somewhat like the recent World Series patches

Even though they put it on a Reebok jersey, it looks like Dallas will have a nice patch next year.

At the very least, an offer by one person might make another person think they have to make a more aggressive offer if they're interested unless they're willing to lose the item.

It actually makes sense on some level. If they can't handle making 3rd jerseys for team supplies, they definitely can't afford to make authentics for the public. Maybe it'll pick back up the year after.

Not to mention his ebay name that's watermarked in the picture. I'm surprised they don't ban him.

I did it recently as well and saved about $250. Was hoping to get around $500 off but $250 was better than nothing.

I believe when it was originally mentioned at the start of the year, it was confirmed that the team customizer wasn't allowed to put it on customers jerseys, as it was only for the gamers.

I'm a bit surprised he was able to do the little Kings logos in the number on the back
