For the past year or so, I've given up on accepting offers on Fixed Price stuff. That doesn't mean people don't ask, but I find those that ask if I'd consider offers usually are offering a price within reason relative to the asking price. Likewise, the only message I got for "is this available" after a listing ended, I ended up working a deal off-ebay that was pretty close to the original amount considering fees.

I guess it comes to defining "value". I'd argue that no one wants (most) Coyotes or Panthers jerseys, does the inability to move at any price mean similar to having "least value"?

IMO, its too soon to tell. Also, I don't recall seeing many shirts being available for sale on the secondary market (besides Phil's Subban) to make that determination.

I wonder what happens though if Carolina or Tampa ever open their vaults like Minnesota did. Suddenly, fringe players will be worth nothing at all.

Would you buy it back for the price that you sold it? If so, maybe you shouldn't have sold it (or priced that low). If you wouldn't buy it back for that, don't loose too much sleep over the sale price potentially being too low. (That's my line of thinking at least.)

Sweet pickup! I always wanted one of the Spectrum patched shirts, but really never fit anything in the collection so had trouble justifying it. Great wear, I've seen a couple different Clacksons over the years and none had anywhere near this much wear.

I'd also argue that its not one that "everyone" is obsessed with, just a splinter cell of Predators fans who've come to start collecting thanks to their success. (This based on what goes on in the Preds FB groups, although its more GW related, but even random scrubs can fetch decent $ in the navy alt)

Because those prices are likely pretty close to what they ran at the start and accounting for the rarity of them. I told a friend last night that the black 08/09 Edge Campbell, I've only seen 5 of those on the market since 2009 (Not counting the list of them that Hawkquarters had originally). On the alternate Stallberg, how many of those have popped up, and unlike say, Ben Smith or Brandon Pirri, Stallberg actually played full seasons with the Hawks. Not saying I'd pay that for them, but I found the prices to be reasonable.

Someone made me an offer on a non-BIN and I asked if they were on any FB groups and signed my name. Their response "Yes, I am" and never contacted me. With ebay's draconian measures, unfortunately, its difficult to spell out for those who aren't bright.

You CAN block people if you tire of them...

I've gotten more "reasonable" offers on listings that don't have Best Offer enabled that I have on any OBO listings in a while.
