    New arrivals v5.0

Corey Millen was very small for an NHL player (5' 7"). Size 50 would be about right.

This is coming from the guy who stole Redbeard's photo and called the jersey his own. I'm surprised he had the balls to show his face around here again.
  4. Your situation doesn't look good at all. If the jersey is fake (which I'm sure it will be) and the seller does not accept your request for a refund, you could open a case against the seller on eBay, as they do take cases of counterfeiting seriously. You have very little to lose.

    Hockey Metal

I'd swear that picture looks like it was taken around the mid-80's, but how do you explain DLR's shirt, or even the logo on the bass drum?
  6. Feeling pretty darned pumped right now! Come on Rangers, I want an LA-NY Cup Finals!!!
  7. Starters didn't come in sizes smaller than 46, so that's probably your only choice. Careful, because Starters tend to vary quite a bit in size- some are significantly bigger than others with the same numeric size. For modern jerseys, it's safe to assume that if it has a letter size, it's a replica.

2006 Justin Williams Carolina Hurricanes SC Finals jersey. Here's hoping for another Cup jersey for JW this year!

    New arrivals v5.0

I'm really liking the design of the newer Monarchs jerseys. And it's funny, I didn't even notice until now that much of the back shoulder area coloration is due to the nameplate, not the shoulder panel. Nice pickups!
  10. If Artcraft is the official team customizer, then personally I wouldn't mind at all paying $65-71 for the peace of mind in knowing that the job is as accurate as possible. I like EPS a lot and use them for a lot of my stuff (and I think they only charge around $50 for the current Phoenix jerseys), but I don't know how accurate their Coyotes kits are. For my team (LA) the EPS kits are slightly different from the gamers for pretty much every model jersey so I don't use them for Kings stuff. You may not find out how accurate EPS is on the Coyotes until you send a jersey in to be done. Even single-layer kits can be inaccurate; I had a Leafs jersey done by them and the letter font was pretty off and I had to get the nameplate redone by someone else. Saving a few bucks here and there is not worth it if you end up not happy with the job and have to get it fixed. I have been waiting 6 months now to get some jerseys back from someone (not EPS) and it's been the biggest headache I've had for any customization job ever... sigh.

To me the nameplate ruins the jersey, especially since it overlaps onto the curved stripe.

First time I've seen a nameplate on one of these!

    Only a tiny bit!
  14. Nothing fake about it, it's good.
  15. It could be a CCM with a Koho patch over it, although I don't know why anyone would go out of their way to do that.
  16. What a coincidence; small world!
  17. Detail is very poor in the photos, but there's nothing that indicates it's a fake, at least to my eyes.
  18. Shilenj didn't say it was white or any other color, so how can you be sure it's a knockoff?
  19. You have a 2011-12 Reebok wordmark logo on the back and a 2007 Rbk/CCM tag on the neck. Even if it were an Indo, it would have the green neckstripe instead. Fake.
  20. I learned Portuguese and Spanish, and sometimes it kinda freaks people out to see an Asian-American speaking those languages.

    DEALS AND STEALS

I'll say. Sorry if OT, but since when did that model Sharks jersey have that CCM tag, which I thought was only used at the turn of the century?

    DEALS AND STEALS

I myself have been alerted to quite a few items I ended up getting, that I would not have even known about had they not been posted here. (Besides, I buy the 44's and 46's which most of you wouldn't bother with anyway!) I see very little point in posting only completed auctions, which only serves to make everyone else kick themselves in the butt for missing. If this is the way it would be, the thread should just be called "steals" and I wouldn't bother reading it at all.
  23. I think it's really cool that you can appreciate another culture and have taken the time to learn their language. That was you who told that story about Kozlov and the autographed stick, right? I was laughing my arse off when I read that!
  24. Your best bet is eBay. Most people here who own Burger Kings would probably not be looking to sell them.
