Looks like a repro to me. Why is it on the front and not on the shoulder?

https://imgur.com/a/BdhB5NF This is one of the MeiGray GI Set 1’s with the 3-layer names. Each layer is stitched separately through the jersey. There were probably variations, even in the color thread used to stitch the set tags.

Thank you for the reply. Iirc, MeiGray had multiple GI white Liberties, but I think they were all set 1’s with the 3-layer names. And yeah, that Grey Flannel one is ridiculous; even if it was from a previous season, the lettering never looked like that on Starter blue Liberties. This might be the first supposedly GI set 2 Gretzky white Liberty I’ve seen. I guess I don’t know what to make of this one; you’re probably right.

I've seen a lot of questionable stuff from Lelands, but on this one the lettering is spot on for a set 2, and the tags look pretty good to me. As long as they're only saying it's issued but not worn, I wouldn't think it's that risky. Mike, what is it that bothers you about this one? I'm probably not seeing something here.

I think the white tag is typical of SP-made jerseys, because you see those on minor league jerseys too. SP is the company that makes the flo-knit in ProPlayer authentics.

When Adidas first started (2017/18), I’m pretty sure 58+ was the largest pro skater size available. I didn’t start seeing size 60 until this year (2019/20). I have an ASG gamer in 60, and have seen a couple of other 60’s, but they are all from this season.

A real long shot, but anyone have an original Kings 30th Anniversary patch?

The “change” in the Kings’ home/road jerseys for next year might just be the addition of a single extra border outline on the crest, so that it looks like the current gray alt crest. I don’t think the jersey design is changing just yet.

I can’t remember the last time CC even used Edge plates. Even way back in the vector days, there were examples of airknit plates on Bruins gamers. CC doesn’t seem to use Adidas material on the current gamers either. They don’t seem to care about matching materials, haha.

Does any customizer actually use that matching material on Indo Adizeros though? I’ve always wondered about that, because even 3 years into the Adidas era, I’ve never seen that except on prelettered jerseys.

Quite a few of us found out the hard way that EPS doesn’t seem to take into account the font change that happened after the 2004/05 lockout when Liebe took over the Blues from Custom Crafted. If you sent in a Reebok jersey (post-2005) they still gave you the old Custom Crafted font. The 7’s and 4’s are the ones that are most notably different.

They never confirm delivery, even in normal times. They leave it up to you to get tracking. I got the same message as schlepprock32 2 weeks ago.

Strange, when I look at the site I see all the correct brands in the correct years. I never noticed it being incorrect before, and I have checked that site a lot in the past.

Does your jersey happen to have a MeiGray tag in it? Weinrich seems to be the only Blues player who had 2 different white vintage jerseys used in the same game. If yours is not one of those 2, it would be even stranger for him to have had at least 3 different jerseys made up for that game. Just wondering if there's any chance yours could actually be a game worn.

I don’t know for sure because I don’t own a gamer, but I do have a Bruins gamer from the previous season with the same setup- single layer of black twill, with a gold screened/stitched strip to simulate 3 different layers. I don’t see why Custom Crafted would do anything different with the Blues one; as you said it would be stupid. Maybe @Brilliant! would know for sure.
