  1. Thanks again. I will definitely report back when I hear back from the site's support and/or order my jersey
  2. Thanks so much for the pics and info. Those jersey look great. It does offer the 'Professional Jersey with Application' for the Traktor jersey. I'll make sure to double-check with them on this topic before I place my order.
  3. Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I just stumbled upon this and the sale is still going on. Did anyone actually order a jersey with customization w/o a nameplate? Does it look as bad as it sounds? I'm looking for a Capitals white EDGE jersey that I would customize with LAICH #21 but don't really have ~300+ to spend on one and am looking for a good deal.
  4. Thanks. I'm looking to get Traktor Kuznetsov jersey. From the pics I've seen it looks like their on-ice jerseys use sublimation. I wonder if the site would do twill for them any way.
  5. I was looking around on this site: http://www.russianjerseys.com, and was wondering if this was a legit site or not. I think I remember seeing somewhere in this forum that this was the Lutch USA site but I couldn't find that post anywhere. Has anyone ordered from here before. They offer three types of jerseys: -Replica -Professional Jersey with Sublimation -Professional Jersey with Application Anyone know the difference between them. 'Application' leads me to believe they are closer to NHL jerseys with the crests and lettering. I had thought that all Russian jerseys, even authentics used sublimation. Is this not the case? I've also asked these questions in the contact form on the site and will report back with what I find, just wondering if anyone has dealt with this site before.
  6. I have a Hershey Bears Alzner premier, and to me the front crest was of a lot nicer than the crest of some of the NHL premiers I own/have seen. My only issue was the Caps logo on the shoulder is kinda big and I haven't been able to find an embroider patch that I can sew over it (National Emblem one is too small). I was able to find the HB Bears patch however.
  7. I'm waiting for the Kuznetsov jerseys to be back in stock in my size and I will be ordering from him. I emailed him asking about that, and he replied to me within a few hours on a Saturday night.
  8. Thanks so much for the info. I did see that long thread but didn't know where to start! I will review from the page you mentioned.
  9. New to the forum and just wanted to check in here. I assume Indo-Edges are authentic jersey coming from Indonesia. These are real authentic jerseys, correct? Are they just of lesser quality coming from Indonesia as opposed to Canada. Are there any huge differences between them and the Canadian authentics?
  10. Thanks for the advice. I have to double check what the local shop charges. This is the first time I would be sending a jersey out and am just a little nervous about it. I think I may just place the order online and see if I can phone in my CC number. I don't know that I feel comfortable with my CC number going in the mail either.
  11. I was just reading the 'EPS experience' and got a little worried about sending a jersey to them. The order form where they want your credit card info is a little suspect too as it isn't even a secure site. I saw some pics earlier in the thread and I think they were from EPS. Does anyone know how much it is for them just to send you the kit? I can get a local shop to heat press and sew the letters on.
  12. Well, I still want the jersey, so I promise to gracefully decline if Mike Green asks me to prom.
  13. Thanks for the welcome, and info. I guess spending a couple bucks would be worth it just in case. Uh-oh. Why don't I?
  14. I'm new to the forum and need some advice. I'm looking into getting a premier All Star jersey from 2011 (Carolina). I see a few on eBay that are going for around $45 bucks that look like legit premiers that I will order soon (http://www.ebay.com/itm/130623056015?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649). I would then get it customized with Mike Green's name and number from EPS. I've seen the pics in here with the three layer and they look pretty good. My question is for the patches which I would like to be the nice embroidered ones. I will probably pick up the National emblem patches for this purpose. The Capitals logo one should be fine as the premier jerseys don't come with the logo patches and I can just put that one on. For the All Star logo, does any one know if the National Emblem patch is the same size or slightly larger than the single layer all star logo patch that is on the premier jersey. I've seen around the forum people mentioning 'stripping' the jersey, but I would rather not do that if I can just sew the embroidered patch right over it. Any thoughts?
