I'm looking for the Team USA retro jerseys that they have been wearing most of the World Juniors including the gold medal game tonight. There are a lot of fakes on eBay where the blue yoke comes down over the nameplate, but I saw the link below on eBay that look pretty good. Any thoughts? Or any one know any sites that sell these jerseys?

Nice pickup, a friend was eyeing the black one himself, but when he went to the team's office, they doubled the price on him. Typical minor league move from a minor league team.
Thanks for the photomatch! It bothered me at first that is wasn't the nice layered style, but it is growing on me and it certainly is unique. They just re-launched the store last week and I think their prices were a little screwed up at first. I was able to get mine for $350, but there was a tag on it for $700.

I've really slowed down my collecting in the past year, but was finally able to get my hands on one of these. I've always loved the style and the detail on the jersey but this is the first time I've seen customization like this. The customization consists of dye-sublimated edge (?) material that is sewn to the jersey. If you look at the last pic, you can see how this is done on one of the sleeves where the full "33" is on one piece. It is like this for the back number as well. As anyone seen this sort of lettering before?

I'm not as excited about these as I thought I'd be...I think the collar's throwing it off. I know they weren't going to do the chaffing huge ones, but man, if they had made the black and green stripes a lot smaller, the sizing would've looked a lot closer to my eye, at least.
Same here. The collar does make it look 'off' to me. I'll stick with my old Starter replica.

The older WC replicas were definitely nicer than the premiers. I wanted to get a replica caps from this year but as soon as I felt one in person I changed my mind. The material feels super thin and the crest and stars actually felt like paper.
I second this. At least with the Capitals WC replica this year, the quality was worse than regular premiers. The material was a lot thinner and the best word I can use to describe the crest was 'crinkly.' This years also didn't include the WC patch.
The Capitals WC replica jersey from a few years ago was better than the premiers. Material felt better and I think the crest might have even been sewn down and it included the WC patch.

I'm looking for an authentic Milwaukee Admirals alternate jersey. Would prefer blank, but might be interested in any gameworn for the right price. I know someone keeps posting a Conacher one on eBay but $600 is a little more than I would want to spend.

Looking forward to the Coyotes throwback. Hopefully they will be available at retail. Who handles Coyotes gameworn? Or do you think NHL will just give these to Meigray to auction off?

Just called up the Verizon Center. They only got 24 authentics in stock and they have since sold out.
The jerseys grew on my, but I don't think enough to warrent JB's $375 + EPS's $75 customizaion fee. I don't think I could bring myself to buy a replica even at the 40% off discount.

Pretty sure that solely had to do with the lockout and the fact that the jerseys were made for 2013, in case the lockout was solved in time for the game, and then when it wasn't they were able to just have people buy the right patch.
I'd be surprised if they don't include the patches again.
I never thought of it that way. I hope that is the case. Like I said, the jersey is growing on me, but probably not enough for me to buy an authentic but it would bug my if my replica/premier didn't have the patch.

As a Caps fan, I was hoping that they would try something different wouldn't just go with the red version of the current alternate, but I'm not sure if I like it. At first glance, I didn't but it has started to grow on me already.
Last year I think was the first time they didn't include the Winter Classic patch on the replicas. Do we assume they are going to pull the same thing this year?

Yup. I found it on eBay. It was posted about earlier here on this thread. We asked the seller I bought it from where he obtained it he just said he got it from a friend who won it at his job or something. So it doesn't look like there's many more where that came from. I say your best bet is to keep checking eBay maybe another will show up, who knows.
