  1. Is this jersey legit? https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F223248615481 Seems to be from the same seller but different account that has a bunch of the really good fake retros. The tags seem too pristine for a 20 year old jersey. https://ebay.ca/usr/jersey..authentix

    DEALS AND STEALS

Yeah, the ones I was looking at were really terrible and grainy jpegs that you couldn't see details. But I ended up getting the Green of the Wellman jersey so I am pretty sure I got a 1.0

Anyway to tell if they are 2.0 and not 1.0?

Thanks! Even with the terrible CAD it was a good deal.
  7. I am not a fan. Russia's look like a more plain and uglier version of what the national team wore at the World Championships. Finland's is a plainer version of the flag jersey at the Olympics. It is basically the same design that Canada had but with 1 more stripe and without the stripes actually lining up. But everyone hated the Canadian ones. Czech is really boring and why only use the 1 symbol on the coat of arms... use the shield. So far Russia's is the best, but the material used on the shoulders is interesting.
  8. They've sold them on NHL Auctions for the past few years... Olesky's always went for quite a bit.
  9. Sorry if I missed it, but EPS can get the all star kits?
  10. How is this: Burn and Jones it is obvious: http://media.gettyimages.com/photos/brent-burns-of-canada-celebrate-victory-with-team-mate-martin-jones-picture-id472750238 Hall...? Giant picture of Savard...?
  11. For last year's world juniors a lot of the teams didn't have fight straps on their jerseys for one reason or another. Team Canada might have not had them as well. Edit: This picture says other wise...but you never know for one of the other teams that wore those... Nike does some WEIRD stuff with international jersey allocations.
  12. Weird, they all show in stock for me... probably some strange browser issue. I apologize.
  13. These seem to be back in stock. http://store.hersheypa.com/bears-jersey-away-authentic-p1015.aspx
  14. You are completely correct on both statements there, which is why I believe the Premiers were made to fight tighter and more like a long sleeve shirt than a jersey. The problem I've always had with Premiers is that the CCM/Koho/Nike days of replicas were made well enough where they could be used as both, my Theodore jersey would be prodly worn (puck marks and all) to actual games yet I could still pretend I was Theodore when I was practising with my team as a kid.
  15. No, I am pulling that the members of this site are in no means or even close to the target audience of replica jerseys. Everyone here does ridiculous amounts of research and knows more about the jerseys than the average buyer can fathom. And I am not just talking about teams trying to buy for themselves. I am talking about people buying their favourite teams jerseys for pickup and shinny and for skating around. They want to wear what the teams have now, they don't want to wear a Bruins CCM 550 jersey from a time they never supported the team or cared about.
  16. Well, firstly you aren't even close to their target audience. How many authentic/gameworn devils jerseys do you have? These people are buying a few different styles of jerseys max. Frequent ones I see in premiere are Jets, Flyers, Oilers, Bruins and Leafs. All of those teams (but Leafs) went through substantial changes since the 550 was out. Although Oilers went back to a classic design. The best is when I see an ex-pro wearing all Oilers prostock and then wearing an Oilers premiere jersey and socks...
  17. If you are a fan of a team with a jersey change in the last 10 years yes.
  18. Here they do, and where can you get a CCM 550 of any modern jersey?
  19. The one thing I find about knockoffs that are unfortunately better than replicas... using them for beer league jerseys. I see teams wearing them around here and they hold up MUCH better than Premiere jerseys on the ice, which are usually ripped or have logos falling off. Hell back before my smart days I bought fakes to modify into goalie cut jerseys (you have no idea how hard it was trying to find a Halak Blues third jersey in goalie cut sizing) and they have held up better than my Edge 1.0 goalie cut (hello pilling).
  20. The problem (with most things consumer based) is that people don't want to do the research and find a good priced option, it is either all in or not in at all. It happens in hockey equipment all them time, 6 players on my team bought a low end 6 year old pair of RBK hockey pants from a local show because "They were for the world juniors for a European team and are only $50!." In reality they were a price point pant that clearanced for $35 online 5 years ago, but doing a bit more work and finding that out is too much work for them.
  21. My IceCaps third jersey has material on it that I have never seen on a 2.0 jersey before. It is almost a stretchy 1.0 style material that has a sublimated stripe pattern on it. So perhaps some jerseys are made differently? It is used on the shoulders and lower portion of the sleeves and lower stripes on the body seen here
  22. I am pretty sure AHL replicas are made in Canada and are of much higher quality than NHL Premier replicas. I believe they are the same as the old (and decent quality) Winter Classic replicas.

You basically paid for patches/customization. https://www.rivercitysports.com/CDA/details-06.cfm?sku=127566
  24. Depends if it is done interestingly or not. For example I loved the Islanders old black third because it was colourful and different. I hate the new Islanders black third because it is plain and boring.
