Fair enough. I guess betwen reddit and fb i see it everywhere so I've just accepted it. Sounds like a job for the jersey dictionary author -a term for that ridiculously hard to find jersey for your collection. If not grail, then what was the one rare jersey you needed/wanted for your collection that you either just couldn't find for the life of you or are still searching for?

What's your grail story? What jersey, how long have you been searching? Were you successful and if so, where did you find it? Curious to know how long ppl have searched and what truly rare jerseys are people after. I have been searching for the 2003-2004 New York Rangers authentic vintage blue jersey since I started collecting like 3-4 years ago and have only seen one retail version ever even sold or offered. No one even has a lead on the stupid jersey. There was a GW Mironov jersey on ebay for awhile but, didn't want to strip such a rare gw and it ended up being sold eventually.

Really impressive jerseys and nice choices overall. Question was meant to be from entire universe of jerseys not just your collection but, I would guess that most people would probably seek out their favorites. Bored and procrastinating at work plus the board's seemed a little bit quiet lately so I figured this might spark a discussion. What are everyone's top 5 favorite jerseys? Will leave it open-ended so it could be as general as your favorite designs/ style or as specific as Messier's '94 Stanley Cup winning jersey. Will have to think about mine. Interested in hearing others opinions.

Any idea if EPS will be running a spring special this year? I feel like its usually announced by now. I *think* they didn't run it last year because they were super busy. Have a bunch of jerseys I am waiting to get done and since the boys in blue aren't making the playoffs I am perfectly fine with sending them out now so they are ready for start of next season.

$300 a pop for a size 42 with bad customization is expensive. I tried to talk myself into the Messier but I had a 44 in the 92 all-star and I realized that was the smallest size I could fit while still wearing somewhat like a jersey. A 42 would be like a tight sweatshirt. For reference I’m about 5’6, 150.

Couple users here may have what you are looking for: CJ Matthews is selling a CCM Messier and photo album shows a CCM Messier with New York on the front. You can check with him on availability. OR68 has an uncrested blue jersey in size 46 which you could have done up as you wish. I actually think that may have been mine at some point before I gave up that project.

Wow. Those are really bad. Last good set of ASG jerseys were the 2011-2012 set with the Red and Blue. Everything since then has had horrendous color combos and no originality, nothing to set them apart. I think the idea of using the team logos is smart but, the execution is horrible. I understand the template needs to accommodate home/away jerseys for all the logos but, this looks like what I would draw in MS Paint in hs. -poor effort Adidas.

Not a bad idea. Unfortunately (fortunately ?) I have more than enough jerseys to wear even if I send some out to EPS but, I like to keep the collection together as much as possible. Got a handful of jerseys to send and will just wait until the spring sale then. Thanks

What would be EPS least-busy season? I like to wear my jerseys during the season and assuming the Rangers don't make the playoffs I am thinking to send them out as soon as the season ends. What's the usual turnaround time in April/ May - any longer or shorter than normal? I figure the turnaround may be a little bit quicker but, wanted to get others experiences.

I actually have a 2003 Brodeur all star in white but it’s in a size 48 and I know you usually look for bigger sizes. Thinking of turning it into a Leetch and turn my 2002 Blue ASG into a Lindros for a matching set of Rangers DNP. Figure it’s not a total foul as they were selected to play in the games

Thanks for the input guys. It’s a Shattenkirk White Rangers. Excited for my first MIC adidas. I was planning to strip all the meigray tagging to prevent any issues or confusion. Will make it into either Zibanejad, Buch, Chytil or Andersson.
