I have a Rangers jersey and what I do is turn it inside out and wash it with regular laundry in cold water. Then I hang it. Haven't had any problems.

It'd be a 1 and 1A thing. Don't know if a NHL team in Richmond would supplant the Rangers, but I'd support them. Then again I don't know if an NHL team in Richmond would work, we can barely get 2,500 to our minor league team.

Rangers fan here. Overall, I like our jerseys and my white feels comfortable (never worn one with a crest though so I can't really compare. However, when I wear it to school, usually I get some kind of comment about the laces and not really in a way I'd like it. Just switch to the 90's jerseys without the string and they'd be just great with me. Another idea would be putting the shield crest on, but keeping the striping as it is. I don't think it would look too bad, but I'm no expert in Photoshop so I can't quite produce it myself.
