I really wish he would have listed these jerseys under the correct category. If Zeshy didn’t see them, I wouldn’t have ever seen them. Any clue how much off he is accepting on the “make an offer”?
  2. The Current Situation of the Secondary Market

OK, I'm not going to say who this is, but there is an eBay member that has been known for flipping jerseys less than what he pays for them. Here is a story with a jersey I bought from him, only to have him buy it back, and now has it back up for sale. I bought a jersey from him for $75.00. When I got it, it needed a little work, put on a nameplate, added sleeve numbers. When done, it didn't really fit my collections as I already had an older version of the jersey. So I listed if for sale. The same person I purchased it from made an other and we settled on $125.00 for the jersey. He just posted the jersey up for sale on eBay for $110.00 buy-it-now. This isn't like a couple months later, but he just got it back and the next day has it for sale. If he wants to flip the jersey, I don't care, he can do what he wants - its his jersey now; but aren't you supposed to make a profit? Just this one jersey, I have him in the red for $65.00. Make a profit, buddy - you wont hurt my feelings. I kind of feel bad, like I ripped him off somehow even though all I did what buy it and sell it back to him.
  3. The Want List

OK Flyer Fans, need some help. Looking for a 90's CCM Big Block with NHL logo Orange Jersey size 52-56 - or a Goalie Cut jersey would add a lot of bonus points because I am looking to do a 1991-92 double shoulder patch Ron Hextall jersey. Much, much prefer the Orange jersey, but if White is all I can fine, so be it. I've looked through eBay - a lot of 44's and 48's and a lot of poorly customized jersey. Looking for mostly a blank or proper customized Hextall jersey, but if you got a cheap jersey that needs to be stripped, I would be OK with that. Let me know if you have anything that you could part with.

Couple of cheap Islanders jersey - I just bought one - they accepted my offer of $55.00. Interesting small block with NHL logo size 44 https://www.ebay.com/itm/New-York-Islanders-Maska-Made-in-Canada-Jersey/263316415518?hash=item3d4ee1a41e:g:FtAAAOSwBkRaB4sH And a small block without the NHL logo size 44 https://www.ebay.com/itm/New-York-Islanders-Maska-Made-in-Canada-Jersey/263316364758?hash=item3d4ee0ddd6:g:hxYAAOSwbtNaB4Of
  5. Help on WHO TO PUT ON THIS!

Just scored an 1987 Islanders Home Jersey. Here is who I'm debating between - all three are Hall of Famers: 1) Pat LaFontaine - Led the team with 47 goals and 92 points that year. However, I have a Sabres LaFontaine jersey already. 2) Bryan Trottier - 2nd on the team in points. Winner of the Calder Memorial Trophy, Art Ross Trophy, Hart Memorial Trophy, Conn Smythe Trophy, and King Clancy Memorial Trophy. 500 goals scored in his 15 year career. 3) Denis Potvin - Last year in the NHL, 3 time Norris Trophy winner for best defenseman. Who do you think?
  6. In-hand reviews of the new Adizero Indo Jersey

My wife laughs at me because I refuse to eat anything with a jersey on. I'll be watching the game, and if my wife make food, first thing I do is take my jersey off. Once I'm done eating, I wash my face quick (just to make sure I didn't miss anything) and back on goes the jersey. In fact, I don't think I have worn a jersey outside of my house in the last 5 years. I'm to scared of what other people would do to the jersey.
  7. Islanders Wave Customization

That is correct for the second year they wore them. It’s called reverse kiss cut. The first season they used stacked numbers.
  8. The official IceJerseys swapping table

I not really looking to sell this jersey , but I have another jersey I could convert to the same style of jersey, so...I would be willing to trade this jersey. 1992-93 Pavol Demitra Ottawa Senators Away Rookie Jersey Size 52 with Stanley Cup 100 Anniversary Patch Jersey is in good condition, crest is a little wrinkled with age, but for the most part, pretty clean. Here is a list of the jerseys I am looking for those looking on your phone that can see my signature: Jerseys Wanted (size 52 - 56): 2017 Chicago Blackhawks Winter Classic 1991-92 Chicago Blackhawks TBTC 1995-97 Vancouver Canucks "Salmon" Alternate 1987-95 Washington Capitals Road Red (top of my wanted list) 1980-90 Winnipeg Jets Road Blue I would also be looking for a 1991-92 Philadelphia Flyers Orange Hextall dual shoulder patch jersey. I like jerseys from the '80's and early '90's. Check my Flickr page and if I don't have that team, I might still be interested : https://www.flickr.com/photos/149993333@N06/albums
  9. eBay version 4.0

Get this for only $3000. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Red-Sabres-Jack-Eichel-Jersey-mens-Xl/263303835548?hash=item3d4e21af9c:g:3uUAAOSwICpaAMGC Never mind the numbers are not the right size, and the name is on a twill nameplate, and it just a replica jersey, and he never wore this style, etc, etc, but ya...only 3 grand!
  10. The Want List

For reference, I know a member on here (not going to say who) recent got an Authentic White Francis jersey for $425. It was properly customized which adds to the price, but the Green always sells better than the White.
  11. It arrived today v. 8.0

Here are a few jerseys that are either done, or will be getting customized soon: 1992-93 Pat LaFontaine Buffalo Sabres Home Jersey Size 52 1993-94 Pavel Bure Vancouver Canucks Stanley Cup Finals Away Jersey Size 54 1997-98 Washington Capitals Away Jersey Size 56 (This jersey will become a Stanley Cup Finals #77 Adam Oates Jersey) 1996-97 Chicago Blackhawks Away Nike Jersey Size 52 (This will become a Chris Chelios Jersey with Captain 'C') 1999-2000 Chicago Blackhawks Alternate Jersey Size 54 (This jersey will be come a Tony Amonte #10 with Alternate Captain 'A' and 2000 patch)
  12. Collection Themes and Thoughts On Jersey Fouls

There are always levels to authenticity that we have discussed before. Some people get so crazy that they will only put customization on the size the player wore. So in other words, if a player wore a size 56, but my jersey was a size 52, that would be a foul. I'm not near that level, but I still have my own levels. I don't need everything to be 100%, like the way CSL does the Hawks 'A' and 'E', I'm fine with a Stahl's kit or something done from Keener or EPS. However, no way I would ever put a player that didn't wear that style. As a Hawks fan, Kane and Toews should never be on a KOHO or CCM jersey. They never wore them, so they should never be on them.
  13. The Current Situation of the Secondary Market

My god nothing is selling right now. I am having trouble getting $100 for a properly customized authentic jersey right now. I'm afraid to start anything at $.99 because I feel like biding would stop so low I would end up selling a $200+ jersey for less then $50. What is going on right now? Maybe that is why I am not finding a whole lot for sale right now because no one wants to take the same hit everyone is taking right now.
  14. 2017-2018 Jersey Watch

One day we will look back on the Olympic jerseys and say..."Wow! they looked like crap then and they still look like crap now!" The best designs typically are simple - I don't know why companies always try and push this crap out and make it sound like they are reinventing the wheel.
