  1. Hey guys. I've been away for awhile, but glad to be back for sure :-). So much knowledge on this site! I had just recently bought an authentic Bruins 'Pooh Bear' jersey... customized as and signed by Ray Bourque... and there HAS TO BE a few small spots on the front! Seriously?!... How can one expect to get something so near and dear to one's heart only to have theirs torn in half?! My question to anyone who may care to chime in (I only have limited info- almost none), are there any 'go-to' methods that you guys have found to get small spots or stains out of jerseys? I did try to use a kitchen towel with some warm water and light pressure back and forth to see if I could get it out, and it did little to nothing to fix it. Since its a sublimated jersey, the stain is not deep enough to have discolored the white inside though. This is promising to me at least. I don't know what's caused it and neither does the seller supposedly- he claims he wasn't even aware of it. It's not hugely apparent but just enough to bug the hell out of me (I know its there. That's enough for me). I had to look over the jersey really well to see it, as I always do with new sweaters. I haven't taken any photos of the spot(s) yet, but I will/can if needed. I know it'd help of course. Let me know. Any ideas or insights about trying to get it out (without washing of course), opinions on keeping it vs. sending back, etc., would help immensely. Thanks guys!!! - Josh
  2. Looking to unload a few jerseys, Will try and add to this thread as I find more jerseys that are packed away. All prices include shipping within North America, everywhere else please inquire. ======== These "Rookie" jerseys came from a Trading Card company that originally acquired them from the league. They are what the players wear during photo shoots generally during the draft or shortly after to be used for the upcoming players rookie year with their hockey cards. To find these uncut is definitely rare and a cool looking jersey. 2007 NHL Rookie Anaheim Ducks Size 54 (1.0) $100 2007 NHL Rookie Washington Capitals Size 54 (1.0) $100 2006 NHL Rookie Boston Bruins Size 52 $100 Dany Heatley Atlanta Thrashers Koho Size 56 (Autographed w/COA) $85 Markus Peintner Team Austria Game Worn Jersey (Autographed by Team) $100 Let me know if you have any questions at all, thanks!
  3. everything i read about this jersey says it's an edgee 1.0 7187...both the authentic retail version AND the ones worn by the players themselves. is this true? and if so, are these identical to the "pre-edge 2.0 7287" version of the 7187? or have these jerseys been updated since then? it just seems odd that a team would still use the "old" jersey for their third when their normal home/away jerseys are the latest model. also, i found this jersey for sale in the boston area (click on photo to enlarge): any thoughts to it's authenticity? it's definitely not game used/approved (no reinforcment/extra stiching on elbows). but is it a "retail" authentic edge 1.0 7187, as the owner claims? thanks in advance for helping me out with this...jeff
