Need help with jersey design

Hi everyone, I'm new. I found this website by accident and I can't even tell you how excited I am to see a place like this exists! I run a men's league team in Chicago. We're called the Chicago Outfit. In case you don't know the mafia in Chicago (al capone etc) is called the Outfit so that's where we got the name. I designed an original jersey for us a couple years ago. I based the concept off of the city of Chicago flag. I'm going to try to post a photo of the jersey so you can see it.

Anyway, we've been together for 4 seasons and have won 4 championships (3 in an over 30 league and 1 all ages A league) and i want to reward the guys by designing a new away jersey. I've spent the last couple weeks trying to design a concept. I've come up with some good ideas I think, but I'm no design expert so I could always use some advice.

Below is a team photo from our most recent championship.

For the away jersey the primary color is baby blue (like the Pittsburg 3rd). They I am toying with the idea of having the 4 red starts going diagnally from upper left to lower right. It would be too confusing to describe the rest so I'll try to take a pic and post it.

We have a shoulder logo which is two crossed tommy guns with Chicago on top and Outfit on bottom and bullet holes in the o's. I'm not in love with the logo and would love to hear some suggestions on how to improve it. I'll try to post a photo of the logo as well.

Now I'm gonna go read some threads on here for some tips, this place looks great!
