Try this website. http://www.agora.org.mk/goodbytes/enmkonvert/ If that doesn't get you what you want, post what you want it to say here in English and I'll post an image of what it looks like in Russian. DerbyCoyote
One of the Russian jersey sites might be able to get Lutch to make you a sublimate nameplate maybe? Long shot but couldn't hurt to ask.
Pominville
any particular reason why your name??? Becouse i'm a pensfan and it's cool! One of the Russian jersey sites might be able to get Lutch to make you a sublimate nameplate maybe? Long shot but couldn't hurt to ask. OK thanks, i find it odd if noone makes the patches though, since patches with these letters i'm using now are everywhere over ebay. A little tiny most of them though, so maybe i have to rethink this. What's to sublimate a nameplate, anyway?
DerbyCoyote
What's to sublimate a nameplate, anyway? Depending on when your Russian Penguins jersey is from, it may be sublimated. Is the pattern on the jersey dyed into it, like this one: ?

Are you just looking for someone to sew your name on the back in Cyrillic?
greyraven8
try one of the free russian language forums like this one: http://masterrussian.net/mforum/ there are great people there who know the language and know english as well. i got several replies and a generally consensus on a modern "translation" as well as a classical "translation". by the way, if i recall correctly, transliterating your last name into cyrillic is based more upon what you name sounds like and not how it's spelled. i got my last name transliterated into cyrillic letter from this site or one like it a few years ago. (the fifth letter usually companies use an upside down V instead - oh well, i already had made it an sewn it on before i found out - no use in changing it now). had a blank jersey i bought that looked like the ones the soviets used in a canada cup. made all the letters (plus numbers) out of tackle twill and sewed on. bought some tackle twill from the local seamstress who does the custom sewn on #'s and such for all the local hockey shops. you can buy tackle twill online from places like http://www.twillusa.com and other places. here's the back of my jersey
Pominville
Can you post a picture of these patches you are talking about? Are you just looking for someone to sew your name on the back in Cyrillic? http://www.emblemworks.com/zencart/images/...20N%20WHITE.jpg And yeah, that's what i'm looking for. I found a dealer on Ebay that could do it for me in Cyrillic. A real nameplate that is. Edited August 23, 2009 by Pominville

I'd think you'd rather have a real nameplate with twill letters than embroidered letter patches that are much thicker.
