TMLFAN Posted September 29, 2011 Report Share Posted September 29, 2011 Welcome to my world. Ugh! I'm getting to the point where I'm ALMOST considering collecting 48's... NAAAAA! Good, more for me. I wear 50's myself, 52 if I'm feeling bold and I might be wearing it as a goaltender's jersey. I'm mostly looking for the most recent Maple Leafs' 3rd jersey, the one they just stopped using. Anybody find any good deals on those? Tomorrow is payday after all... Keep your eyes on ebay and the FS threads. Oh, and advice followed re: the Campbell Conference jersey, at $40 with shipping, way too cheap to pass up, thanks a bunch. I'm so glad I can actually wear a small these days. I don't know ANYTHING about All Star jerseys though, did they have fight straps on them? How can you tell a replica from an authentic? Oh, and while I'm at it, I know Kappa did the All Star jerseys one year in the early 80s, and that also happens to be my favourite clothing brand. Do they ever come up? I'd love one of those. Haha, can't you just let me call dibs, since I helped you out on the Campbell jersey? Just kidding of course... though I'm hoping there aren't too many of us going after it. So the name and number probably are glued not sewn on, but the will have a finished stitched edge. Not really anything horrible as I still consider the factory customized 550s to be better than the Premier crap with the plastic numbers/letters.
