eBay version 3.0

Brilliant!

I agree... The problem was they wanted 1375 for it... No way was I spending that much on that jersey... :noway:

Agreed. That's why I've been thinking of hitting Keener up to see if he could make repro patches. I'd like to have a few on hand, but in the end, I'd like to make either a Duguay or a Beezer alumni game jersey.

That would be a hell of a pickup. I wish even repros of the alumni game patches were available. I'd like to make a Duguay 2.0 from that game.

I have delusions of winning the lottery and making a Leetch 2.0...I've also had no luck finding a repro of that patch...it was just a plain NY Rangers Hockey Club patch with 1926 on it. No mention of alumni, etc.

Not cheap, but I've never seen a 'Hawks 2.0 TI vector before, let alone in white: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Chicago-Blackhawks-Reebok-Authentic-Jersey-/221402606038?pt=U_Hockey_Fan_Shop&hash=item338c9fa9d6

 That is hilarious. Replithentic should be a thing.

I thought this was the accepted term for the indo-edge

I REALLY hope this guy just messed up the title and description...or uploaded the wrong picture...

I kinda want to send him a message telling him his error and then ask, "Do you even Hockey bro?"

Just wow... please correct me if I'm wrong but isn't this a nice replica? That's not an authentic jersey right? That price is nuts!

Speaking of the "Burger King" what DOES one go for? An authentic I mean...

Burger King and wild wing replicas go for ridiculous prices. I never understood why because there not as rare as people believe. Authentics were never made for retail so the only way to get one is to get a gamer which will run you in the thousands for scrub players Edited by OR68

Oh wow...ok I didn't know that. I assumed they had made authentics....thanks for clearing that one up at least.

Replithentic sounds like a cool name for a 90's RN'B star.

This may be the single best quote in the history of this board. Well done!

Overall I'd say it's a pretty decent job. Just to nitpick though, the 2 little details that stand out to me are the "A" and the 9's on the arm. On the retail A, the top is too rounded; it should be slightly flatter on top and then start to curve downward on each side. The arm 9's are the opposite- too flat on the top and especially the bottom; they should be more uniformly rounded. See game photos:

I am really happy to add this particular jersey to my collection.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/201055995393

The seller didn't have a ton of details, only that there was a LOA, but without providing a picture, but I took a chance.

The jersey arrived today with a LOA on River Rats letterhead in a Meigray folder, and I couldn't be happier.

I lived in Albany during the 2001-02 season, and my online persona "Disco Stu" also happens to be one of Commodore's nicknames, so its a nice touch. Plus, he made it to the NHL, won a Cup in Carolina, and played a little bit for the Red Wings.

Do you think the card collectors complain about us hogging all the game worn jerseys? That'd be pretty funny actually lol

I just feel like card collecting isn't as big as it used to be and these cards are a waste

Where is the 1 from? The numbers on the inside hem? I thought they were screen pressed (that looks like it is glued).

Yep... They are screen pressed.. It looks a little odd on the card, but looks legit..

I wonder if those cards actually have "game worn".... I'm willing to bet it's just a jersey they cut up and claimed game worn. I meant could you really tell the difference? If there was a puck more or board burn sure...but those little strips aren't enough to tell. At least form what I've seen.

Either way, someone is getting ripped off- either we lose a valued potential collection piece or some card collector is buying an 'event worn' premier

The whole situation sucks
