I went up and got an autograph and a picture, but was surprised at how interested he was in talking to the fans. Granted, it was a very small signing, not very publicized, so he had a lot of time to talk, but it was still really cool. He was checking out all of the signatures on my jersey, and was talking about how the Flyers had a rough year, and that the defense was just decimated (he mentioned how Timonen and Gervais were like our only healthy guys at one point). He thinks they'll be way better this year, and that they have tons of talent. We chatted about the fact that I was an intern with the Flyers when we traded for him. I wished him luck this year "except when he plays the Flyers" and he laughed and said "Well, I think we play them a lot, so..." and had a big grin on his face. Really cool guy.
