First, my apologies - I don't know a lot about hockey . My parent's council association received a donation of a Team Canada jersey signed by 24 players. It still has the tags on, including the business card of the Hockey Canada employee who originally donated the item. It is in perfect condition. I am going to try to sell it (maybe eBay?) so we can use the proceeds towards the school; however, I don't know what this item is worth. akteon Posted September 26, 2013 Report Share Posted September 26, 2013 Unfortuantely signed jerseys without some sort of certificate of authenticity (COA) or letter of authenticity (LOA) aren't worth a lot. I own a 1998 USA Hockey jersey signed by the team that I paid $100 for on eBay because someone was in a position much like yourself. Having the card of the marketing person at Hockey Canada is a plus, but still not as good as some sort of guarantee of authenticity regarding the signatures. Perhaps you could contact the marking person and ask for something on their letter head proclaiming it's legitimacy. Something along those lines could push it from the $100 range to the $1000 range. I have figured out 12 of the autographs based on the team list, but the numbers help ALOT to speed up the process!! (I should be working right now too but I figure this is for a good cause LOL). I kept track on my computer and put the names over the autographs on the photo (see below). Of course, I could be wrong!
