tomtucker Posted May 19, 2007 Report Share Posted May 19, 2007 I was just reading this man´s post about his montreal jersey was wrong, but i think Montreal used to use that font, that is on his jersey, am i wrong?......That thick font on the player picture looks new to me........what do you think and know..... I don't think the problem with his jersey is the font. The numbers are supposed to be higher; the blue striping on the jersey is supposed to be centered inside the opening of the 6. I am wanting to say it was 1997-98 that they changed the font and numbers. Here's 1996-97 The font is bigger on the numbers, plus in the years prior the names on the back were a little more..."blockier", they look like they've been rounded more, if that makes sense.
