I don't offer returns.  Too risky that you'll get the item back not in the condition it was sent.  And then you've got an unsellable item.  I'm not a Walmart.  You buy it, you keep it.

Yeah that’s dumb. If anything he should just try to re-sell it.

Done it many times myself

It's ebay and paypal, you don't have much of a choice.  Buyer opens a claim staying the item was not as described and you are on the hook whether you accept returns or not.

Yeah, I know :(  Seems to be a losing situation for the seller in almost all cases.

True.  I've wondered if it's better to just opt in for returns.  I had a buyer open a claim on a "no returns" item, and I even had to pay the shipping.  When I've made (allowed) returns as a buyer, I've always had to pay, as stated in the terms.

I don't state in my listings that I accept returns, because I figure that puts the idea in people's heads.

But I never refuse a request for a return, partially because its just good customer service and that person may buy from me again, and partially because I know if they make a big enough stink, eBay will make me do it anyway and I will have to eat the shipping.

You finally gonna fill out your practice jersey collection?

I sold some of those. I added some also, but I sold some!

But no, it’s something else.

Another Devils retro.  Or 90s ultrafil that you have already have 50 of

Ironically, I do have another Devils Retro en route, but no Ultrafils.

But that's not it either.

Card companies are now getting very clever.  I mean there is pretty much no way to prove or disprove this was part of a jersey worn by the player

The stitching on that fight strap looks really suspicious.

There was a good number of Thrashers jerseys made with the wordmark logo for the 2011/12 season, but they were obviously not used.  Many of them were sold during the SVP sale years ago.  The stitching and assembly on the twill layers look sloppy, but the fight strap is good and the jersey is legit.

Makes sense. Must have been “business as usual” up until True North bought the team and brought them to Winnipeg...
