PensJerseys Posted June 21, 2016 Report Share Posted June 21, 2016 So, it's been a while since I started this project, but I've been spending free time here and there the last year or two (maybe a tad longer) correcting all of the jerseys I own. Between fixing incorrect customizations and changing players, I ordered a bunch of kits from Keener and worked - slowly - on stripping everything off and then sewing new kits/patches down myself. Used the garbage kits that were stripped to practice sewing and getting the confidence needed to start doing this, but I finally finished everything shown in the next few posts last night! I learned a lot about stripping (Where's the pole, baby?) and sewing during this whole thing, and it makes these all the more satisfying knowing I did a lot of this myself. The long playoff run helped serve as inspiration to get moving on a lot of these the past few weeks, as well as provided much needed stress relief and free time occupation in between game days. I have a mixture of truly "New Arrivals" and "Newly Finished Alterations" here. No you don't - I manage US Database Operations for a Global Mktg. company so I travel a bunch and my phone can ring any hour of the day - looking forward to the next jersey to arrive is the only thing that keeps me sane.
