Majorzero64 Posted October 27, 2016 Report Share Posted October 27, 2016 Hi guys. I have a question about an authentic jersey I just picked up and I'm hoping you can help me out. This is my 4th authentic but I notice this one's size tag is slightly different than my other 3. I'm referring to the tag that sits in the collar with the "Made in Canada" mark. This new one has "CCM" logo under the size of the jersey (size 52), but the jersey is a Reebok Edge 2.0 (Canucks Away). I've attached pictures of the jersey in question compared with one of the other three. I'm wondering if anyone here can explain why it's there, or if it in someway signifies that it's not actually an authentic, as my other 3 don't feature CCM. Thanks in advance for your help! Committed Posted October 27, 2016 Report Share Posted October 27, 2016 Reebok bought CCM so you are good. I believe these were the tags used for the 6100 and 1.0's. Some other guys can give you more details as to when these were used specifically but I have multiple Hawks jerseys with the CCM on the tag. LAK74 Posted October 27, 2016 Report Share Posted October 27, 2016 The CCM logo was on the tags of the Edges (both 1.0 and 2.0) from 2007 to around 2010, when they started to disappear. A couple of seasons ago, the CCM logo returned, for some reason, so if you have a recently-manufactured 2.0 it's normal for the CCM to be there. So you're good! Majorzero64 Posted October 27, 2016 Author Report Share Posted October 27, 2016 Awesome. Thanks for the help. I guess the only other thing that had me pausing was the lack of numbers on the tag. I was searching online and found a few pics of ccm tags sort of like mine but they still had the "7187 a" on them (like this one here).
