The benefit of laser cutting is the edges of the twill are cut and sealed at the same time from the heat of the laser which stops it from fraying. Ioline 300 is a brand of cutter that uses a blade to cut the twill instead of a laser. Kiss cut refers to how the layers of twill are cut and joined together.
