akteon Posted April 22, 2014 Report Share Posted April 22, 2014 (edited) A lot of people have used Bobcat and I haven't heard a single complaint about their work. There have been a lot of complaints about how hard it can be to get a hold of them. These customizers make all of their money of large team orders so unfortunately an order for a couple of jerseys for an individual collector isn't a priority when they are busy. If you do a search on this site for Bobcat you'll see what I'm talking about, folks love their work but know they can be hard to reach. I'll give it a few more weeks, then maybe try and call. I think like "COWBOYS" said I think it will be worth the wait. Also as Angelo said on another post the teams come first, and I know they had to do playofss sets for AT LEAST two teams, plus all the other stuff they do, I don't think eight week or so is too bad! khabbi Posted April 29, 2014 Author Report Share Posted April 29, 2014 Well, after 2 weeks of trying to get someone on the phone or via email, I haven't been able to get a response. I've left Bob several emails, and even tried to get to the accounting dept., but the voicemail was full and no longer taking messages (not a good sign). If anyone can help me with getting a hold of them, I'd appreciate it. I don't really trust anyone else to do the customizing ever since I dropped big money at the NHL store a few years back (I was a noob back then).
