After the success of the 1972 Summit Series, there was another series in 1974 where the Soviets faced a team of WHA All-Stars, featuring Bobby Hull, Gordie Howe, Gerry Cheevers and Frank Mahavolich. That's when this sweater was worn.
May of these were players not allowed to participate for Canada in 1972 because that was an NHL only team, Hull in particular.

Any idea on the rarity of such a jersey?
I couldn't find any stores selling these Nike throwbacks?
I guess it doesn't matter so much now, as I had a chance to purchase this off a local auction site for a pretty good price, but someone else has picked it up already.
