How did you discover Icejerseys.com?

For me, I was looking to buy a jersey and didn't really know where to look so I just let it go and stopped looking for a while. Then I was reading The Hockey News and saw an advertisment for Icejerseys.com and went and checked it out. Ended up looking at a few other sites I saw advertised too, but in the end chose to go with Icejerseys and have been 100% happy with the service they offer ever since.

I first heard of ice jerseys in the hockey news as well. Checked out the other advertised sites and they were nothing compared to the ease of browsing on ice jerseys. I've already listed the reasons ice jerseys is great in other threads. Thats why I've stood by the opinion that they're the place to go for NHL jerseys and apparel since first visiting the site.

Gee guys, both of you found us in The Hockey News?? And after a couple of years of running ads in THN, we decided to cut them this year due to poor performance as of late! I think most of their readers have discovered us by now, and as many of you have mentioned, the Internet is becoming a more useful source for everything hockey, making a paid subscription a bit of a luxury. We decided to focus more of our marketing budget to online opportunities (which we had always done well with and it is more measurable). It is however interesting to find out how we were discovered, and I appreciate that you started this thread lafountain - I will keep an eye on it with interest!

I would say that had I not been reading THN I definitly would have discovered ice jerseys through an internet search not too long after. When ever I run a jersey search ice jerseys shows up, and even though I found ice jerseys through THN, I'd wager money on internet advertising being the best avenue for you guys to go by at this time.

Not a problem, was just curious as to how others found out about here and figured asking was the easiest way.

It's actually me and my younger son's ID. We both post on there (he's Matthew Jr.). I believe the xcaptainxmattx handle comes from a pirate obsession (or maybe it's just rum...) that he developed when the first Pirates movie came out. I started using it to ask questions about NHL 07 after he got me playing it. He plays a lot of video games so he posts there about multiple games I guess. I put the links to the ice jerseys forum up there though.

Probably a good kid than
He is a good kid, he's just... a character. Far more outgoing than I was at his age and he likes to get in trouble. He likes to push buttons. I know he enjoys drinking with his friends a lot and I know he likes to go to parties and blow off classes, but he's managed to keep out of any serious trouble and keep his grades high enough to keep us satisfied, so what can I say? He seems to be popular, he stays active (hockey - at least I taught him something), he's bright, and he seems to do well with the girls (better than I did - I was a shy young man) so I'm happy. I just wish he'd put down the games and read some of the stuff I've reccomended to him, let alone what he's been assigned by his teachers. How old are you Leafs? Still in highschool I'd guess, but you're probably on your way out now, no?
