So far Ottawa, Carolina, San Jose, Dallas, and Phoenix have not signed any free agents. Phoenix and Dallas have not even re-signed any of their own players.
Will any of these teams make any type of significant move before the season begins, or will they just rely on players that are in their minors to step up?

Ottawa cant make any significant moves as they have to re-sign some restricted free agents.They just dont have the cap room unless they move salary ( ie Gerber)
I think the other teams are just waiting until the frenzy ends and then will begin making moves.
Keep in mind..we arent even in August!
