I am looking for a New Jersey Devils JM patch that they wore on their jerseys in the 05/06 season.

I looked on ebay and couldn't find one and have also looked at a couple of the online stores, and am unable to find one.

Brilliant edit: I figured I'd go ahead and make this the official patch want/trade/sell thread.

Since this has become an official patch thread, I have copied JeffB's post about good places to pick up patches and placed it here as well.

Also, National Emblem will sell direct, but you should have no problems getting their patches from ebay, patchcollection or patchcollectibles for less than full list price. Also, with National Emblem made patches, no matter who you buy them from, you need to remove the hard plastic backing before they can be sewn on.

I'm looking for a "Canuck Place" patch worn on the flying skate style. It's a black and white design with red trim.



2 large 1996 World Cup of Hockey patches (worn on Bauer jerseys)



a couple of the Labatt Canada Cup patches



2 New York Rangers 9/11 Memorial ribbons



and as many as 6-10 of the old style IIHF patches. I was really bummed when my source for those dried up.

I'd also be interested in a Predators 5 year patch if anyone knows where to come across one of those. I think they are hard to find if they even were made for retail, so I've changed my gold Preds jersey from Hulse w/ the 5 year patch to Nichol w/o it as it seems to kill a few birds with out stone, but i have some time before I will be getting that jersey done up, so if they surface, I'd love to change it back.

Looking for either US or Canada flag patch of appropriate size & dimension for an All Stars jersey. The only Canadian flag patches I can find online are either too small (less than 5-6" wide) or have extraneous stitching on them (wrong color border, the word "CANADA", etc.). Same with the US flag -- too small or wrong color border.

This is who I got mine from. AltaNHL on ebay. They don't have any listed now, but send them a note and see if they still have them in stock.

I'm partial to the NHL 75th Anniversary. I just like the looks of it and the fact the Original Six wore throwbacks that year. In addition the "Second Six" wore 25th Anniversary patches as well.

But...

It depends on what jersey and what player. For example, Pat Lafontaine had his best year ever in 92-93, so that's the year you might want to commemorate.

Also, the Canadiens and Nordiques wore French versions of the Stanley Cup patch, so that's something unique you don't want to overlook.

Do you have a specific jersey and player in mind?

Actually I have all of those (well not 6-10 of theIIHF patches) somewhere. I was hot on the patch path a few years ago but have since strayed. I even have the Detroit 75th which was taken off of the jerseys after on a few games that season because the logo was not "approved" by the league. Those are now going for $125 I'm told.

Any luck finding these or an idea of how much you would want for them?

I'm especially interested in the Rangers 9/11 Ribbon.

I did get a Canuck Place and Labatt Canada Cup patch, but could be open to more as spares.
