BUT I've been looking for a Caps Away Authentic size 52 for a loooonnnggg time now, and this came up in my saved eBay search today. I realize it's a stock photo - and I don't mind an Indoedge honestly. I've already messaged the seller asking for an actual pic of the jersey for sale, but does anyone have any experience with this seller? The feedback doesn't point to a knockoff. I have seen white Starter Gretzky fakes too. I actually just bought a single-logo, blue 52R Gretzky Rangers jersey on eBay two weeks ago, and its totally legit. akteon Posted April 24, 2013 Report Share Posted April 24, 2013 The common fake Gretzky Rangers Starter jerseys actually don't have the "R" on the size like legit Starter authentics did (eg. 52-R, 56-R) they just listed a number on a very small square tag. I'm guessing the white one in the linked auction looks like someone had the extra hem tags added later, which is why they seem lower than the originals on the right side. While the detail pics show it is actual twill on the customization, further showing it's not a knockoff - the customization pretty bad. If you're interested in getting it, ask the seller for closeups of the neck area including the tags, and also the interior fight strap attachment. Then we can be 100% sure.
