It's legit. Nice pick up, they don't show up near as much as they used to. As the saying goes, it's worth what someone is willing to pay. I've spent more on a few jerseys than some may say is fair market value but if you want it and it doesn't come along very often, get it. Better than second guessing. What are your plans? Selanne, Tkachuk?

Cool, thanks! Was gonna put in an offer, but it had only been up for about 4 hours and had like 12 watchers, so I figured if I didn’t jump on it, someone else would.

Thinking Selanne rookie with SC100 patch.  The CCM tag isn’t the old school “Ultrafil” in the red rectangle tag, but I don’t think it matters all that much.

The tag just indicates that it was manufactured later on, probably 1994 or later.

Found this on ebay. It wasnt advertised as an authentic ultrafil and the 2 pictures were not very good on the listing but you could make out the CCM logo with the shield on the back of the jersey. Decided to make a low offer and see what happens. It was  accepted. Upon inspection it looks good but I am not sold of its authenticity. What are the thoughts of the board?

Looks legit to me.  What are your concerns?

The only thing that stuck out was the NHL logo on the back. The stitching seems "thin" to me.

That thing looks minty fresh.

That find by MeiGray of a couple dozen brand new Ultrafils has made them possible to find again. Every once in a while, anyway.

Yup. If they had miniature sizes I would have grabbed one.

Flyers fans were not allowed to purchase them.

I found a devil's jersey in the trash, so technically I didn't purchase it ;)

The jersey itself looks fine. How’s the patch?

Looks like a repro to me.  Why is it on the front and not on the shoulder?

TBH, the more I look at it, the more it looks like the patch isn't even stitched down.

It’s stitched.  They just did a straight stitch instead of zig zag stitch on it.

Hi all,

I am looking for some help/advice on what if anything needs to be fixed up on this jersey.  The nameplate and lettering look off to me, but is there anything else like the numbering, the 1991 All-Star Game patch, and/or the "A"?

Please let me know if you have a chance.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Here is Larmer's game worn jersey from that season to compare it to.

You can tell it is not quite correct.  The interior of the numbers should be squared where the one in the jersey you showed are rounded.  It is not terribly bad, but it is not the correct style they used.  The Patch is defiantly a reproduction, but as  FeriousD said, it's a decent one.
