I wear them all the time, but once I get the autographed, i definitely start to wear them more sparingly.

My Authentic Ultrafil Theo Fleury jersey has been on my wall for awhile

Also my CCM MA Fleury Penguins jersey hasnt been worn much since I got it signed.

Check out the CN Tower, Rogers centre, depending what time of summer you come the C.N.E might be going on so you can check that out as well. You can also check out the bars and clubs especially Gretzky's if your into that kinda thing.

TORONTO FC! You have to go to a TFC game. Some of us are addicted *puts hand up* and love it. It is the exact opposite of a Leafs game, its cheap, and loud and they actually have a chance at winning. Just to add on to what TMLFAN said, the odds of you getting inside the Gardens is slim, I went for that Battle of the Blades, just to see the inside and its horrible, hasn't been kept and it shows. I'm 15 (16 in May) so I don't remember the Gardens but what I saw a few months ago was horrible. Definitely check out the CN Tower, go to a Jays game (tickets start at like 9 bucks), and go to High Park.

As for jerseys, I never wear my signed Potvin and Salming Leaf jerseys. I wear my Toskala jersey to Leafs games (not next year) and any other jersey I will wear out if I know that I won't be having a meal while I am out.

I second that!!! TFC games are WAAAY fun! Hockey and soccer are my favourite sports, so I'm a little biased, but you will definitely have a good time. If you decide to get tickets, make sure to get tix in the TFC supporters section (south side). It is great in there!!! I met Rick Mercer during halftime when I went to my last game there (he's the guy in the shades with the drumsticks in his hands), he was playing with the Samba Squad.

I wear my hockey jerseys around the house and wore my white Canada jersey out to the bar and my black one on the plane when I went to visit my girlfriend who lives in San Jose for pride during the Olympics but I don't wear them out for regular fashion. They're just too baggy and not really my style to wear on a normal basis. I find football/soccer jerseys are easier to wear out because they're well fitting.

I gotta say when I wore the white jersey out, I was terrified I would get beer all over it and it indeed did happen during one of the games... sucks when you get anything food or drink related on your jersey. I think the only thought in your head for the rest of the night is "I need to get this home ASAP and this better come off"

Try and get tickets in 113 (where myself and other U-Sector members hang out) it is ridiculously awesome.

I wear all my jerseys but not when i'm doing work outside or other tasks that will grub em up. They're a great choice for winter in Australia because is doesn't get ridiculously cold all that often here in Sydney. So if i'm going to a casual social activity, rather than wearing a jumper or jacket i can throw on a jersey over a shirt and i'm sweet.

I wear mine to school, running errands on game days and at home. I also wear it to my city's ECHL team's games. I just started going so I haven't invested in one of their jerseys yet, but it's cool to see what NHL teams other people support.

I wear all mine, I stopped worrying about what may happen to them....everytime I worried it was like clockwork that I spilled food/drink on it, since I decided to stop worrying I haven't had any incidents..go figure.

The only time I really wear mine is to games. Although last year I went to a viewing party for game 7 of the SCF and wore my Chris Kunitz jersey from IJ, and I also wore that to go see the Stanley Cup back in September. I don't really wear them around the house and what not.

I'll never forget several years ago when I went to the convenience store to pick up something for my dad and the guy in front of me in line had a Sebastien Caron WBS Pens jersey on. At the time I was kind of a newer hockey fan and not yet a jersey collector, so I didn't even realize people wore hockey jerseys outside of games.

We get a good amount of hockey fans wearing jerseys in Vegas! I've seen a Pens fan in Toys R Us, a Habs fan walking the Strip, a Luongo Olympic jersey at Fashion Show Mall, a Flames fan at an off-strip casino, etc. Anything goes here! :)

I wear mine like it's my job. I had to retire my favorite, my Black Richards, because I got it autographed. Haha I wore my Authentic Fisherman Palffy to school last week, just to see the confused looks on people's faces.

At our school, during the Olympics (since I live in Vancouver), there were a number of people wearing Crosbys and Luongos. The sad part is only 3 people were wearing legit jerseys. (Me, My Best Friend, and another person)

I am the same way. I'm glad to see I'm not the only person.

I usually only wear my hockey jerseys to games. Or if there is a big playoff game going on that is either on the road or I dont have tickets too then Ill wear it just to show my support of the team. As far as other sports go ill usually wear a baseball or football jersey on any given day. Reason being is that im not so paranoid about them gettin ruined. Those jerseys are alot cheaper then hockey ones and can pretty much be purchased in any local sporting goods store

I agree with the guy about the autographed jerseys. Im a pretty big sports autograph collector. Ive been collecting for about 13-14 years now. In all those wears the only article of clothing Ive ever gotten signed was my Adam Graves name/number t-shirt..And the only reason I even got it signed was because I met him spontaneously and just happened to be wearing it. I still dont think Ive even worn it since then, and not because Im worried about ruining the signature because Ive met Gravey on numerous times and have a bunch of pictures/pucks signed by him, but simply because I dont want to wear a shirt with writing all over it

I mainly wear just to games, but I did wear that NHL.com Ovechkin to a Halloween party with a helmet and stick just for kicks- knowing how bad a jersey it is, I was shocked when "non-jersey" people actually complimented me on it. If only they knew, right? Although all the rest of my jerseys are still replicas that I'm waiting to customize or are Russian Lutch, the only jersey I have that is off-limits for games is the white CCM Caps jersey made in 1985 that is made from Maska airknit (pre-Ultrafil days) that pretty much the only thing that makes it a replica rather than an authentic is the lack of the fight strap. I wore it to a game once and kept my coat over it the whole game, I was scared that even as a Caps fan at a Caps game that something would happen to it. Back then, the stick, puck, and every letter and star, were all still individually sewn to it, nothing heat-pressed, and no awful "crest" patch on the front. It's funny, I kind of regret not wearing it to games since it's actually my favorite jersey, but it's white so it's not exactly so easy to replace, fix, get a stain out of, etc. when you compare it to even the legitimate 550 red "Vintage" that I had been wearing to Caps games from when I got it in December until Sunday, when they lost to Calgary...so tonight vs. Atlanta I wore the Semin Lada Togliatti which I procured from our fellow member Jordan, and we won 2-1, so that jersey's safe to wear to games for now.

That's really a special jersey. I hate to use the word's "shadow box" or "display", but I am having one of my special jerseys done maybe this summer.

Wore my Penguins jersey to the LV Wranglers game last night and got a high five from a fellow Pens fan in a Stanley Cup Championship t-shirt. It was pretty awesome.

I don't have a huge collection, but I do wear my jerseys. I try to wear a Penguins jersey during gameday. Since the playoffs are nearing, I will try and wear a Penguins jersey every gameday. I also do wear my Mitchell and Ness jersey collection on occasion. I haven't officially "retired" any of my jerseys, but I plan on someday either framing them or hanging them in a special place - kind of like how teams retire player's numbers.

All of mine are authentic, no gamers though. Even if I had a gamer I would still probably wear it, but I would be REALLY careful what I did while wearing it. I probably wouldn't tell anyone in public it was a game worn because (call me paranoid) I wouldn't want anyone to try and rip it off my back.

Yes I wear my jerseys but I try to wear one that applies to the game I'm watching like during the Olympics I wore my Thrashers Kovalchuk replica when Russia was on because I don't own a Russia jersey. Sometimes I do just like to wear a jersey so I'll put on one of my favorites

I try to wear all my jerseys, if it doesn't get worn then it is time for me to move it. I do get autographs on cards and pucks, things that are easy to display (and cheap to display). I wear all my jerseys whenever, from my Italy Gunther Hell jersey to my Griffins Osgood jersey. I've spent a lot on these I want to show them off.
