LouMarcon
I'm looking for a copy/replica of the patch the U.S. Olympic team wore at the 1960 Squaw Valley Olympics. I need it for a replica jersey I'm having made. I've searched e-bay and related sites for about two months with no luck. I have a vendor in Pasadena, Calif. that can make 20 copies, but the price is a little high, particularly since I only need one, not 20. As a fallback, I recently purchased on i-offer the patch the US team wore at the Vancouver Games. It's not the same as 1960, however, since it does not include the five Olympic rings. Any help would be most appreciated.
flountown
How much would one of the 20 cost, I am definitely interested if it's under 20 bucks or so... I am sure others here would be interested in having a spot on remake for some DIY jersey creations. For the 2010 Gold Medal game I got arts and crafts-y with a blue t-shirt and the print-on fabric paper to create this:
LouMarcon
I've about given up finding one on e-bay, et al, but I'm still negotiating with the vendor to include the patch in the cost of the jersey. If he tries to gouge me, I'll go with the California vendor. I should know in 2-3 weeks which direction I'm going to go. I'll get in touch if I have the patch made myself.
