I am thinking EPS.
brandon
Maybe talk to Pro League in Philly, they might have a good resource since they did those throwbacks.
Flyers845
There was a blank uncreated orange one too. I dunno if it was the same seller or not
rob77ta
Pearson made the Flyers jerseys back when they wore durene. Your best bet to match the crest up would be to find a replica Bauer or general athletic brand from the 70's with the nice embroidered crests. The ones you posted look like they are from late 80's or 90's crests which are more squared off than the ones they wore from the late 60's through 1979. The lettering will be somewhat tough to duplicate. I know that PLA in Philly did a real nice reproduction of a 74-75 Leach jersey using a Peterson's jersey taking number measurements directly from a Leach HSI knit gamer. I saw it in person, it looked pretty good. Not sure if EPS could help you out with the lettering and the retro font Ruberti's has on file wouldn't be quite right either.... I am thinking EPS. Those crests are WRONG. The bottom "feather" in the flying P logo should be rounded/scooped at the bottom, not flat/horizontal like in the modern logo. Merci! I think I may strip the crest from a knock off Mitchell and Ness Parent jersey I have lying around. I may also just take the name plate from it because it is probably as close as anything EPS could do. Before I do anything I am going to run to PLA and see what they think.
