Winter Classic Jersey Foul?

Recommended Posts

Dropped off my blank Blackhawks 09-11 alternate jersey at Triple Threat yesterday to be customized as a Seabrook jersey.

Question - how big of a jersey foul would it be to have the 2009 Winter Classic patch put on it as well?? This jersey has the tomahawks patches on the shoulders so it's definitely the alternate (the original WC jerseys didn't have those).

Its your jersey, so you can do whatever makes you happy with it.

But I think technically it would be a foul if you add the Winter Classic patch, since they didn't have the tomahawks on the WC jersey.

I think there was also another discrepancy with the color of the eyelets where the laces go through. One jersey was black and one jersey was white I believe.

I'm not sure about the eyelets but I do know that they used black laces on the WC and white for the alternate.

Maybe that was it then. I knew it was something to do with that area of the jersey.

Laces are different colors. I would pass on slapping the patch on there.

I'm actually in the middle for converting mine. got a 3rd for dirt cheap from a store in the mall that had one left. stripped the shoulders. the black lace is the hardest part though.
