As I alluded to earlier in the old thread, it seems to be an individual, who may not even be a regular company or business. It's not likely you'll find a storefront location somewhere so you can send your jerseys there to get lettered. Yes, $65 + $6.50 to see on the team patch, which you must provide. I sent one in several years ago and it was done with twill. Not sure how the game jerseys were. I want to get both of the 2004s in replicas, so I can wear them, but also in authentics, because they're one of my favorite ASG sets. Also, the lettering on the replica is twill. The shop at the Bell Center claims to use the same source as the team, but will not divulge the information of who that is. I would just go with EPS, who does a great job on these, and especially considering you use them for practically everything else anyway.
