FluffyBunnyFeet
i believe the 1995-96 season is when the blackhawks made the switch to air-knit

Here's the link http://www.nhluniforms.com/1993-94/Blackhawks.html I couldn't see the additional barberpole jersey on my phone through the link only on my laptop Says they only wore the jersey for a game against Detroit Edited March 23, 2019 by Hockey Bob
furiousd
I don't know for sure. The linked one looks like ultrafil to me though. You have a big block airknit version? https://www.gamewornauctions.net/products/1993_94_Greg_Smyth_Chicago_Blackhawks_Game_Worn_Jersey_Turn_Back_The_Clock_Video_Match-4781-128.html

I pulled it out and checked and it does look to be more like the Vintage Series version. I'm guessing what I have was a style never worn, ah well, I got a little excited thinking I picked up something rare but I still need a wearable. LAK74
Is this the one you have? http://www.gewargis.net/portfolio/chicago-blackhawks-reebok-vintage-tbtc-barberpole-jersey/ (This belongs to one of our members here.)
Hockey Bob
Negative but it is the same make (sorry, didn't see your text after the link) Here's mine, https://www.ebay.com/itm/Chicago-Blackhawks-Jersey-Vintage-Retro-Sz-56-CCM/223335302231?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 Edited March 24, 2019 by Hockey Bob
LAK74
Yours is the same as Gewargis’ jersey- it’s a 2000’s airknit 6100 remake of the original barber pole. Since there’s no more sleeve tag, maybe you can check the inside wash tag for a born-on sticker. I’m guessing it might be around 2002. DHD28
Gents-- What year was the home red air-knit CCM used? 1993-94?
LAK74
1993-1996. Home jerseys were white back then though.

I debated with a few before I was pretty sure the change to Air Knit for Chicago didn't occur until 1994-1995? 1992-93 Game worn Ultrafil https://www.gamewornauctions.net/products/1992_93_Ed_Belfour_Chicago_Blackhawks_Game_Worn_Jersey-3992-119.html 1993-94 Game worn Ultrafil https://www.gamewornauctions.net/products/1993_94_Michel_Goulet_Chicago_Blackhawks_Game_Worn_Jersey-4667-114.html?r=1&l=ri&fst=
LAK74
93/94 was a transition year. https://www.gamewornauctions.net/products/1993_94_Rich_Sutter_Chicago_Blackhawks_Game_Worn_Jersey-14229-290.html https://www.gamewornauctions.net/products/1993_94_Jeff_Hackett_Chicago_Blackhawks_Game_Worn_Jersey_Team_Letter-4404-119.html
Hockey Bob
Cool Do you know if the transition was the whole team or just certain players and then the full team in 1994-95? Thanks again
LAK74
Unfortunately I couldn’t really answer that, as one would have to see dozens of gamers to come to any certain conclusion. I just look at 1993/94 as when airknits got mixed in with the ultrafils.
