This jersey is on eBay and etsy.

I've never heard of a wool or wool-like acrylic version of a CCM jersey, except for those "Heritage" models.  It has an odd split hem too.

Does anyone know whether this is legitimate?

Looks like a legit CCM Heritage remake jersey of sorts to me.

That's the thing "of sorts."  It's not branded as CCM "Heritage" or "Vintage."  I can find no evidence of this jersey style outside of this specific offering.  Is the hem accurate to any era?

I admit it is a very weird thing to fake.  It could be a prototype.

Looks like it could be a homemade, 1 of 1, frankenteined project.

Perhaps had the "sweater" and noticed it looked like a hockey jersey, and then attached a modern-era Wings crest, a vintage-era rear hem CCM tag, and a made-up CCM neck tag to make it look more legit.

I don't recall having seen anything licensed by the NHL or CCM in this style in the US or Canada before FWIW

I have this one and a Maple Leafs one, but neither one have the split seam at the waist like that. You can also see that the neck tagging is different.

I must be having a major brain fart, I can't get my pictures to show up for some reason. Never had a problem with it before.

Links copied from the Flickr app seem to embed automatically here.  I also didn’t have any trouble copying them from the full Flickr site on my computer.  Don't use the BBCode, just the regular shared link.

I was having an issue with photos appearing too. Had to use the 'insert media' option in the reply box. Never had that problem before
