I can find no evidence of this jersey style outside of this specific offering. Is the hem accurate to any era? I admit it is a very weird thing to fake. It could be a prototype. Perhaps had the "sweater" and noticed it looked like a hockey jersey, and then attached a modern-era Wings crest, a vintage-era rear hem CCM tag, and a made-up CCM neck tag to make it look more legit. You can also see that the neck tagging is different.
